Snack Saver is an online website where you can buy all the very best brands of crisps and snacks at massive discount prices. We are an online website but if you live in Stoke-on-Trent you can collect your order and save on postage. We have hundreds of bags of crisps in stock from Walkers, Kettle, Tyrell's, KP and Golden Wonder all available to buy via the website.

I ordered a box of crisps

I ordered a box of crisps, the price was incorrect on the website, they refunded me the money but I didn’t receive an explanation until I emailed them. No apologies or discount offered. I was a good customer but not anymore

due to a pricing error on the website a box of 15 bags of crisps was listed at £1.25 instead of £18.25

you were clearly aware of this when you ordered and so when you received a refund and your order was cancelled you will automatically understand the reason.

we are fully able to cancel any order we wish if pricing is incorrect and do not need to inform you of this prior to us actioning the cancellation.

so we cant see the point of this review as you knew the price when you ordered so knew the reason for the refund.

WE DONT MAKE FALSE MISSING ITEMS CLAIMS
YOUR SYSTEM IS DEFINITELY NOT 99% RIGHT OR YOU HAVE NOT GOT TRUSTWORTHINESS STAFF

customer with missing items on every order apparently... we simply do not believe them due to the digital way we pick orders this makes level of mistakes very small, so having 3 orders with items missing to the same address is highly unlikely.

Easy to order, informed when order goes through and when dispatched to courier.
Courier could do with delivering on time, but I suppose we can't have everything
