Excellent Product / Support
My company is still in it's honeymoon period with our smart whiteboard but so far it is great. Customer/tech support is outstanding. I have called many times and have always received above average assistance.

I'm so pleased with my OneScreen!!
I'm so pleased with my OneScreen! In addition to all the wonderful features (up to 10 or so people writing simultaneously, seamlessly transitioning from the white board feature to the internet, moving specific parts of what you write on a whim, etc.), the support is phenomenal!

How to identify the components in the circuit
1. Online power-on test
Mainly based on its model or working state to determine the voltage across the pin, such as diodes and rectifier bridges have a tube voltage drop, and the triode should judge the emitter junction voltage or collector voltage according to its working state.
2, offline measurement
in the case of power failure, remove the components, measure the unidirectional conduction characteristics of the diode and rectifier bridge, and measure the quality of the triode with the basic amplifier circuit of the triode.

Damage goods
We purchased one smart board,it was delivered damaged, we received very little assistance with the issue. Someone eventually returned our calls and it was replaced with another damaged board. We had to get a third smart board and so far everything has been fine. We had to pay for three installations and two removals, which was extremely expensive and the company was not willing to compensate us for any of the expense. We are looking to purchase another smart board but we will not be making the purchase with this company.

Perhaps even more impressive is the training support, technical support and sending of replacement hardware after damage I myself caused. Great product. Great team of people.

I feel it is very hard to navigate and I can not get my smart board items that worked on an old smart board to work on the onescreen. I was told they are compatible with the right software, which we purchased.
