Hi Jason, Thanks for your feedback on Shipping speed. Glad to know you like your new phone. We checked your order details. You purchased the phone on eBay on 15th June. It is mentioned on eBay the processing time and the estimated delivery time it takes to deliver the order which is around 10-12 business days. We can see your order was delivered on 27th June which means it took 8 business days including the processing which is within the given timeframe. Please note weekends and public holidays are not counted. We advise contacting the seller before placing order if you are not sure about the shipping speed. It will avoid any confusion and misunderstanding in future.

I had my bag stolen on 1st April (April fool on me )along with my phone so when I needed a new phone I headed for the Gadget shop which I have visited before, in Carshalton, as I know that I could trust them to sell me a phone that met my requirements.As well as buying the phone the gentleman set it up and retrieved all my photos and emails which I was really grateful for.If you want a tec shop that is more interested on selling you what you want and not trying to make a quick sale like some phone shops this is the place to visit .My partner also bought his phone from the same shop and was very pleased with the service they give.

Laptop from One Tech
Despite problems at the start (UK Customs fault, not One Tech) I was really impressed with One Tech, especially their customer service.
I'm sometimes not a patient customer, but they remained professional and friendly throughout. The laptop was great too!
