Lenovo P2 battery is product highlight; better post sale service needed
Good product, good service. Probably standard price - not a bargain as such.
Would have given more * but felt antagonized by the owner when I called to have some concerns allayed.

Their sales and aftercare service are excellent
I had ordered the exact same phones from a company that shall remain nameless they were loaded with foreign apps and malware.the people at Onetechgadgets checked the replacement's whilst I was on the phone to them. They then walked me through the ordering process.the phones arrived when they said they would. The service department helped me change some of the settings over the phone. They have been so very helpful. Well done Onetechgadgets. They told me I could call them anytime for more help. Five stars for a job well done.

Great service
I bought my son a Z2 lenovo for Christmas and it worked for 1month then the settings stopped operating. I contacted all the numbers for lenovo and was told they couldn't fix it as this model was not sold in europe (may I add I bought it on line frome a UK based company). We were about to give up as no one appeared to know how to correct this problem. I went on to Google found onetechgadgets and emailed them and they were so positive about fixing the phone. They did what they said. Thank you onetechgadgets really so pleasad.

When I thought of buying a chinese device I wasn't too much self-convinced, because compatibility, lenguage, amazing price... but I finally decided to get one. When It arrived, and I started to use it, a few doubts came to me. I asked the seller about these doubts and he answered me very fast and complete and that made me feel safe.

Useless
The tablet suffers from a battery defect. When charged to
100% and the switched off it will be totally discharged when restarted in 12 hours. Note, this is a tablet turned off.
The seller suggests I look for a solution myself on the Internet. Fortunately, I am a lawyer and can, and will, resolve the matter myself by, as seems regrettably necessary, legal action.
I am fortunate, but many may not be in my position and cannot go to the courts, and so my advice is to avoid this seller.

This Review is completely false and baseless. It does not reflect the quality of our products and customer service offered. We have technical team in place who tests performance and quality of each product before dispatching to buyers. In addition to this, we offer 90 Days Free technical support. Buyer purchased a tablet from our eBay store and 2 weeks later wrote to our support email about battery drainage issue. Its part of our Return Procedure to request information of issue/fault so that we can investigate it but this buyer did not provide any details at all. We asked him to follow Return process on eBay where he made his purchase and send return request but still he did not follow the Return process. The buyer has been extremely difficult and aggressive and did not co operate at all. We take pride in offering quality products and round the clock support to all our valuable buyers and resolve their genuine issues promptly and accept Returns within 30 days if our product is faulty or not as described. We would love to help if buyer contacts us again with details of fault.
Slight misunderstandings but all sorted out with a great result
There was a slight delay due to a misunderstanding but this was soon sorted out and the product arrived with the end result giving one happy customer.
