One Wood Floors Avis

Really pleased with our beautiful floor! Very helpful sales team, great work by the fitters - would recommended highly.

Helpful, patient, transparant, reliable, top quality

It’s the second time we have used One Wood Floors and as before found everyone we dealt with to be a pleasure to interact with. They are efficient and quick to reply. Boyko our floor fitter, is an expert - very talented with great attention to detail. Our herringbone floor is beautiful and is much admired.

Excellent service and top quality fitting. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Amazing service and great quality of work!

Excellent service, the floor looks awesome. Totally happy with the result, definitely will work with them again.

The service was excellent throughout from the initial measuring to the installation. The floor is fabulous and I could not be more pleased with it .

The tongue or grove hasn’t been stained properly.

Just had our floor laid and could not be happier. It looks beautiful. There were extremely professional from start to finish.
I would highly recommend this company.

Was all very simple : visit the large showroom , pick the type , arrange the visit for estimating , place order and arrange date for fitting .
Job well done by a very charming fitter.
well done "one wood floors"

Very happy with our lovely new floor and Boyko was excellent!

The team who fitted our wood floor were excellent. They completed the job in one day including replacing the skirting boards and made a first class job. They worked very cleanly and were friendly and polite. This is the second floor they have done for us and I would certainly use them again

Great pre and post installation service! The engineer who installed was polite, professional and skilled in the floor installation. Very happy and recommend.

One Wood Floors were absolutely brilliant! From our first visit round the showroom with Paul, to Terry’s planning and communication updates. Then the incredible Boyko who installed our floor. We could not be happier! Our floor is absolutely perfect and their attention to detail is second to none! Thank you so much!

Great job, floor looks amazing

A fantastic job from start to finish.
We are delighted with our new Husk Flooring and the customer service we have received.
The installer was also very efficient, polite and professional!
All in all heartfelt thanks. We now have a floor to cherish and enjoy for years to come!

Have done wood flooring for our main sitting room. Were very concerned as to how it'll look, One wood floors has done an excellent job with perfect finish for the work. The after sales service is also excellent. Always willing to hear and address any concerns. A good experience. Thanks.

Great service and advice followed by a super installation

Excellent service. Paul deserves ten stars. Pricing competitive; booked in quickly; Paul was extremely helpful and took clear pride in his work. He worked quickly and tidily, and was willing to provide info and answer any questions. He kindly popped back to address an issue caused by my floor being uneven. I cannot rate him highly enough: he’s a credit to the company. Floor looks gorgeous and I’m delighted.

Provided a competitive quote and turned up on the day they said they would! Work area was kept clean and tidy, despite stripping and re sealing the wooden floor. Very happy indeed with the finish as the floor looks new! Would definitely recommend their work!
