Hi Robert! Thanks for such a thoughtful and detailed review.
It’s really great to hear the Photography Masterclass provided that clear structure and direction, having a well-paced roadmap makes a real difference when you’re developing technical skills. The ability to revisit lessons and learn at your own pace is designed to help you properly refine your technique, not just move through the content.

We’re also glad the self-assessment and feedback stood out. Receiving practical, actionable input on your work is where real improvement happens, especially when you’re applying it directly to your photography. We appreciate the recommendation as well. Whether you’re building towards commercial work or refining a personal passion, continuing to practise and apply what you’ve learned will keep strengthening your results over time.

Thank you for sharing such an honest and detailed reflection on your experience. We’ve taken your feedback on board regarding the included FREE course, and have now made this clearer in the course info pack.

It’s great to hear the Dog Grooming Advanced Course gave you a strong starting point, and that the instructional videos and modules supported your learning in a clear, practical way. That foundation is designed to suit both personal pet care and those looking to step into grooming more professionally. We also really appreciate you calling out your early experience navigating the portal. That kind of feedback is valuable, and it’s a helpful reminder for other students that not all content needs to be completed in sequence.

As you continue, it’s worth noting this course students may be eligible for up to 15% RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) towards ACM30122 Certificate III in Animal Care Services (Pet Grooming) through our pathway partner, which can be a great next step if you choose to take your skills further.

Your mindset really stands out here. Continuing to apply what you’ve learned, at your own pace, is exactly how those skills develop over time. We’re looking forward to seeing where this takes you next.
