Both the kitchen installer and the joiners working on site (who make kitchens) were impressed by the quality + all the team were really helpful throughout the process - and so much cheaper than going to a local kitchen shop. Part of the reason I used them was to take advantage of their Design Service - other online kitchen suppliers don't seem to offer them and I lacked the confidence to do the detailed design myself (although I had a good idea of what I wanted).

From start to finish with our kitchen project the experience couldn’t have been better or easier. We provided measurements for our kitchen space and then had a fantastic online design consultation where I designed the kitchen i wanted. The quality of the kitchen is fantastic and the fitter said it was such great quality. Eve is always at the end of the phone or email for any questions we had, however big or small and the process was just 10/10. I now have a gorgeous kitchen and would recommend them to anyone!

We cannot fault the kitchen we ordered from OKS. From the start of the process to the finish there have been no complaints. From the owner to the delivery driver all have been absolutely brilliant, nothing has ever been to much trouble and we haven’t been the easiest customers as we really wanted to get this right. The kitchen itself is great quality at a very competitive price and looks amazing, the design was spot on and we have had no issue at all with anything. Ollie, Eve, Jason, Ian, Thank you all so much for such a wonderful service, we would certainly recommend you.

This is my third kitchen from OKS and my experience from start to finish has been perfect every time. No hassle to change things. The quality of the product is excellent. I used to use Howdens, but they are a rip off in comparison.

Brilliant company, very professional and dealt with my last minute requests very well. They were very accommodating and responded to queries and issues very quickly to find resolutions. We noticed a small issue with a cupboard door a few months after purchasing the kitchen.. I was very impressed at how quickly they offered a resolution for this also! 7 months after starting a major house project l can categorically say that there were 2 companies that I would 100% recommend, OKS is one of them.
I’d had mediocre design input from several other kitchen companies and found these guys on Google.

Immediately knew they were open and professional and they invited us to go and look at their factory in Ampthill (which was worth the trek from Surrey).

Eve, Oli & Isn responded directly to every single of my numerous queries and Eve’s input on the actual final design really added value to my new kitchen.

The prices are excellent and considerably cheaper than the main players and I have no idea why……..
Our builder and architect who are both award winners agree it is the best kitchen they have fitted or seen in a clients house and the bonus is that the units are already built on delivery.

The whole team at OKS are professional, friendly, nothing was too much trouble - they also appear to have endless patience with 'faffy' clients (ie. me!) chopping and changing their minds on a number of occasions for the design of the kitchen.
From our initial meeting to the delivery of the units ready for fitting, everyone we dealt with were brilliant. The quality of the units and workmanship is great, they were more than happy to go 'off piste' if we wanted to make a change to the generic design of the kitchens supplied. The delivery was also superb and everything was packed properly so no items were damaged in transit or whilst being stored.
We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had looked at many different kitchen suppliers over the last few months and then came across OKS. We were very impressed with their reviews so thought we'd book a visit to the showroom. This was the best choice we made!

We met Eve in the showroom and she gave us time and space to take a look around. She then asked us a number of questions and drew up an initial design the following week. We then met again to discuss the design and changes. Her knowledge and support was absolutely brilliant. She was very patient as we went back and forth changing our minds!!

We then scheduled a date for delivery and items arrived as we had expected. The kitchen was packed extremely well and all units numbered with a corresponding plan, so nice and easy to know what is going where!

The units themselves are a brilliant quality, we're very pleased with them. Our builder, plumber and electrician have all commented on how solid they feel!

The process has been a dream and I cannot recommend OKS highly enough. We'll certainly be back for future kitchens and will recommend to our family and friends

We bought a kitchen from the Online Kitchen Store in April 2023. I was impressed with the exceptional customer service and the professional advice we were given throughout. If you are looking for high quality and locally manufactured kitchen, excellent customer service and professional and stress free experience, then the online kitchen store is the place for you. Both my partner and I can only highly recommend this place. When I am ready to upgrade my kitchen again, I will be definitely returning.

I had a great experience with the Online Kitchen store. The team work really well together, Jason and Eve were really accommodating when we visited the showroom and when I had to make changes to the design. Olly and team kept us informed and delivered on time. Best of all I now have a beautiful kitchen :-)

I have been impressed by this company from first visiting their showroom to final delivery. I had a clear plan of what I wanted to achieve with our kitchen, the constraint was that our cottage has a low ceiling that would not accommodate the standard height larder unit. Conversation with them elicited the fact that they could make all cabinets to a bespoke size provided that it worked around the standard door sizes that were available from their door manufacturer. I was able to complete my design on this basis and a competitive quotation was received within the day. Initially I opted for one of their standard door colours, but having ordered and swiftly received one of their door samples decided that it would not be right for our cottage, so opted for one of their bespoke colours which was not a significant extra cost. Once ordered, which needed to be done online and was not difficult, delivery was arranged to suit our timeframe. It was all well packed and quality control had identified a minor defect with a couple of drawer fronts where we were surprised to receive replacements by courier before the kitchen had even arrived! I have had a very pleasant experience with everyone that I have dealt with, from initial meeting in the showroom through to the delivery driver. This has been such a breath of fresh air with all staff knowledgeable and enthusiastic. This is a change from the usual companies where you are a number in the phone call queue.

Great experience from start to finish, they even accommodated my late additions without a hitch. I have recommended OKS to family and friends.
