Items easy to order online. Wait time not to bad. Delivery driver really helpful. Good quality units.

I ordered the kitchen units and doors and was given a delivery date.
After this, I was kept informed of the stages and I received my delivery slot.
After taking delivery, there was a small issue regarding the door front specification.
I contacted Olly and this matter was resolved immediately to my satisfaction.
New replacement doors were sent out the following week.
As for the product, the units are excellent. They are well constructed, the colour of the carcass coordinates the door colour and all of the ironmongery - drawer slides, hinges, etc.. are top quality.
Well packaged upon delivery, courteous delivery driver and excellent customer care throughout the process.
I will definitely be using 'Onlinekitchenstore' in the future.

The quality, look and service from this company really took me by surprise considering the overall cost. I have a kitchen that looks like it belongs in a design magazine and never fails to elicit "ooohs" and "aahhhhs" from all my visitors.

The units are of high quality and I am extremely happy with their handling of my inquiry through to delivery. The company even went the extra mile for me by bringing their delivery date forward to fit in with our fitter.
Also when I needed extra information with adjusting hinges they were very quick to respond and provided videos in helping out and showing care.

We needed a complete kitchen renovation, structural changes as well as the new kitchen.
The first time we have taken on such a project. We went through a few designs with Mobalpa, Schmidt and others, their knowledge and ideas helped a lot.
With everything we wanted it was pushing us over budget, so we looked at the possibility of buying direct from the manufacturers. That's when we found OKS.
It's well worth the visit to their showroom to see the quality, the interior options available and to talk to their staff. The doors are high quality
from Second Nature and Burbidge. The OKS design service is excellent, Jason drew up the technical specification from our measurements and designs
and visualized it for us. And quickly responded to our changes and questions. We haven't needed to request any additional parts during the installation, the order had everything we needed. We are very happy with our finished kitchen and don't hesitate to recommend OKS. It was a pleasure communicating with the team.

I bought my kitchen in 2016 (5 years back (invoice no. 2743)). It has proved to be an exceptional buy, quality materials, quality design and build. I would not hesitate to buy the same again.

Second time I’ve used Online Kitchen Store. Same great service, good price, decent quality kit and all without any ridiculous “oh this is 49% off our normal price” rubbish that you get from the likes of Wren. Leave the big brands behind and buy from these guys. You won’t regret it. (Oh and by the way they do a cracking design service for £99 and you get that £99 back if you buy your kit from them.). What’s not to like?

Great products and very responsive on all communications. Used the design service and again designer (Eve) was very responsive to questions and changes. High quality render images helped to visualise the kitchen. Would recommend.

All I can say is that OKS is a fantastic company with an excellent product and wonderful customer service (No I'm not related and do not work for them).
I purchased a Handleless kitchen from them and from the beginning of the process they have been extremely helpful. Holly designed (and re-designed and re-designed (our minds changing)) a great looking kitchen which them passed over to Olly for the quote.
Olly answered lots of random questions from me in a friendly and professional manner (I was annoying myself, so feel sorry for him). He kept us updated and changed the delivery day for us 3 times.
Our fitter was impressed with the standard of the kitchen units and really impressed with the adjustability of the legs.
I have an extremely happy wife who loves the new kitchen.
I fully recommend this company to anyone looking to buy online.
