Nowhere on the website does it say that the goods are coming from Asia / Hong Kong .
I paid for a pair of astroturf trainers for my child, at an advertised price of £79, but very quickly the bank has taken more than £86, which I now know is exchange rates & the transaction stated Hong Kong.
All of the e-mails that I have received from them are difficult to understand & not grammatically correct, as if was written by someone other than an English speaker, their return e-mails generally arrive around midnight, which added together, confirms that they are on the other side of the world somewhere. They did mention in the first e-mail, that it could take upto 15 working days to arrive or 3 weeks & the additional costs were not really their fault but the banks exchange rate!
I waited for the dispatch e-mail with my tracking number, which did not come, so I e-mailed them, to be told that they didn't have the goods in stock that my child wanted, so why didn't I pick another...
He doesn't want a different pair, so I have requested a refund (which if I ever get it, will be a cost to me, with exchange rates).
They have slightly adjusted their e-mail, but re-stated that I pick another pair, with no offer of refund as of yet.
1/So the price online is not what you will pay.
2/ Don't expect to get anything quickly, if at all .
3/ Don't be fooled by the site saying in stock, when obviously they aren't.
4/ No contact phone numbers, just e-mail.
This is still currently ongoing & I am not very confident about the outcome.
I ordered these for my child, who wanted them for their birthday, but that is now not realistic & I will have to go elsewhere at another financial outlay to me.. I would avoid this site unless you want grief & additional costs..
