I love Online Pilates Classes. I have learned so much about my body and have seen my strength return after several years of physical issues. I am amazed at the refreshing, exciting approach to the classical order of exercises.

On top of that, the workshops are great and so is the facebook group.

OPC tutorials and classes are fun, well paced and build to a good level of challenge. The instruction is top notch with very clear verbal cues and physical demonstrations of each exercise.

Lesley is a great teacher. She really explains things so you know how to do a certain movment. She also gives modifications if you need them. She encourages you to get in pilates no matter how long you can do it-even just 10 minutes.

I love having OPC as a resource for regular Pilates classes. I started with a lower level membership and upgraded when I saw how much it improved my practice and kept me consistent. I like that there is only 1 reformer and mat class per week so I don't waste valuable time trying to choose a class. Lesley is very faithful to the classical order and practice so some nuances may be different for those who are trained in contemporary Pilates. Highly recommend if you're looking for an efficient way to stay committed to your individual practice in an online community setting.

OPC has improved my pilates practice immensely. The classes change weekly and monthly, so I don't get bored, and have helped me make connections and advance my practice. Beyond that, Lesley and the other teachers' attitudes are always positive, reminding me that pilates is NOT about perfection but rather meeting yourself where you're at and being proud of showing up each time you practice.

I love having an OPC membership! I feel like Lesley Logan the the team of instructors do a wonderful job explaining exercises to people new to practicing pilates while at the same time teaching pilates nerds like myself. I love the way the help me find connections in my own body. I love getting a great pilates workout in without have to find a workout online and hope it’s going to be a good one. OPC workouts are alway just what I need to feel relaxed and energized for my day.
Bonus beyond the workouts is the online community. I like getting to share wins, goals, funny things other pilates people understand, and they even give feedback on moves you with!
There’s no other space doing what OPC is doing! So grateful to be part of it.

OPC is the greatest! I joined OPC about 1 1/2 years ago and it has improved my practice drastically. I have learned ways to improve how I do an exercise as well as modifications that I can use as stepping stones to enable me to do more advanced exercises! There is a community Facebook group where we can ask questions and get feedback from all the teachers about our form! I love that I can submit a video of myself doing an exercise and get a video back detailing all the things I am doing right as well as things I can do to help me improve. I am loving my membership!

I love my OPC membership! I appreciate that LL and her team take the guesswork out of which class to take. I'm also motivated to practice knowing that classes are only up for a limited time. The site is easy to use, and the team is clearly committed to a great customer experience. Even when things go wonky with the site, the team resolves issues as quickly as possible and makes customers feel appreciated.
