Used this company for the last 3 years updating my kit. Been very pleased with the service every time. They let you know received the order and when posted. Not the quickest delivery, takes a couple of weeks to receive but is coming a long way. Very good value

More so especially as it was during Covid lockdown and I am based in England. Any UK customers looking to buy from this website please be aware you might get a different size. Once you had a delivery they are not interested to communicate with you. I recently ordered some cricket clothing all wrong size delivered.After sale service is very poor.

I would advise everyone not to purchase anything from this site, they are a fraud, quick to collect your money and no response to your messages, we all need to report this company to the government and have them remove from doing business.

I have regularly bought bats from this company for more than 6 years and didn't face any issues. My second order got stuck due to GST but I got the proper response from Onlinestockist about the situation.

As of now, I have brought 3 bats from them (2 - SG and 1 - MRG).

Even a couple of my club members brought the bats from them.

Fantastic customer service. Have used Online Stockist for last 8 years and never had a problem. I’m very fussy with bats but they’ll send you photos and get exact weights if you’re happy to wait.

Last order was placed on a Saturday and arrived the following Friday which is super quick.
