Been here for at least 10 years, from holland village to Raffles Place. The staff are always very patient and kind. Today’s session with Winnie at Raffles Place, is the best service I had so far. ☺️

Disappointed with Whitening Package
I recently purchased a whitening package for the inner thigh and pink lips area, which cost around $6,000 for one session. The package came with one whitening serum and a pink lip balm. From my initial conversation, my understanding was that only one session, along with a possible touch-up, would be enough to see the expected results.
However, after completing the first session and using up the provided serum and balm, I was told I needed to purchase another set of products (costing around $600) to maintain and improve the results. This was not communicated to me clearly at the start, and I felt misled and disappointed. Despite following their advice and spending the extra $600, I still didn’t see the results I was promised or the outcome shown in their promotional images.
While I do appreciate that they were kind enough to offer a few extra touch-up sessions, the results still fell short of my expectations. At this point, I feel like I’ve wasted the $6,000, and I’m not comfortable continuing to spend more without clear outcomes.
That said, I want to acknowledge that I’m happy with the results from their laser hair removal service — that part of my experience was positive.
Overall, this has been a disappointing and frustrating experience due to the lack of clear communication and underwhelming results from the whitening treatment. I hope they can be more transparent with future clients about total costs and realistic outcomes.
