Ordered Ferrero Rocher cake from cakes today cake was excellent and very delicious
Hard to find such flavoured cakes and that too same day delivery within London.
It was a last minute thing for me never expected that will receive such great experience.
Will definitely recommend cakes today to all our friends and relatives.

Bought a birthday cake/inflatable balloons bouquet for a sweet 16th birthday, received great customer service from Audrey and the lotus biscoff cake was delicious!!

I have been a loyal customer of Only Eggless for the past 5 years, but this time they let me down. Ordered cakes for Valentines Day. Got email confirmation of the order and payment taken from my account. Cakes did not arrive on the day selected. I called them and they said they have not received the order, which is ridiculous as they had sent me a confirmation email and taken payment. Since then I have been chasing refund of my money. So, money taken and no cake delivered till date even after calling them 4 times and emailing them 5 times. This is completely unacceptable!

Don't use this company at any cost!
They should re name themselves Only Useless....!
Also I believe actual order is fulfilled by a company called Cakes Today. You'll be lucky to get your order at all.
We ordered a cake well in advance for 50th birthday for delivery at 12 noon. No cake by 12:30 pm. Called to be told delayed till 2:30pm. This went on and on with promises of delivery..they even said cake was delivered at 8pm...we had not had anyone come to our door. We have security cam as proof.
Can you believe we had a call at 10pm to say cake is on way..!
Who in their right mind would want the cake this late after waiting for 12 hours....!
Company just have same lame excuse they were busy....we ordered cake 3 weeks in advance.
Spoilt 50th birthday for my wife, in a already stressed lockdown.
Please don't order from this company.

I ordered some valentine chocolate’s for my husband at 5 o’clock last night they said delivery would be be with me by 610, it wasn’t with me by 8 o’clock so I called the company, firstly she said because I hadn’t got an order number she couldn’t help me and they had over 500 orders going out today and they’re very busy (obviously I wasn’t important enough) I then told her I had ordered through Uber eats and she said they said it’s out on the van and it would be with me by 10 pm I said are you sure and she said definitely 100% It didn’t arrive so this morning at 9:30 I called the company and she said the man who is in charge of deliveries will be in by 10 and he will call you by 11 o’clock obviously they haven’t called me so I called them back, unhelpful is an understatement, first of all she said they haven’t got what I ordered in stock anymore and also she’ll deliver some cupcakes to me by 11 o’clock tonight I told her I didn’t want cupcakes and I asked her if I could talk to a manager she told me there wasn’t a manager , I said there must be a manager there because she had spoken to one she was quite rude and put the phone down on me, I then phoned back they didn’t pick up as they had my number so I phone back on another number and they did pick up, she then told me that she get somebody to call me within 24 hours so I’ve ended up with no gift for my husband I can’t go out the house because I’m shielding because I’m having treatment at the moment and I’m vulnerable so I would never never order from this company !!

To be asked to provide a drivers license or a copy of you bank card is stressful after a purchase. It ruin the birthday. I can't lie the cake was tasty even if customer service was awful.

Be aware Don't spoil your precious occasion, by only eggless cake
i have order cake from only eggless on my son First birthday .when we taste it feel something wrong when made piece we seen fungus inside we have inform them the lady on the phone was keep saying this is just color reaction and you can eat this . but on that we can see clearly fungus and test was very different , i have reported this to the local council and health authority to look in to this matter as it could cause the food poisoning.
They ruin my son's first birthday and i like to make sure same thing doesn't happen to any one. I won't recommend this at any time

Onlyeggless cakes I have been a loyal customer over the years , they bake excellent cakes & for people who want eggless cakes they are the company to go to BUT
they have increased prices to obscene levels over the years, from last year to this year I saw their prices jump nearly 34% this space needs a serious competitor & once that happens I hope only eggless stop taking customers for granted by putting their prices up so much

Ordered the wrong cake in error. Was not shown the cake prior to bringing it home (so I could have identified the error sooner). Absolutely no concept of customer service or willingness to help. Cake was not great either. Have used The Pantry on Kingsbury Road many times, and would advise others to do so if they have the option. Lovely cakes and nice people to do business with. You have been warned!!

The best tasting cakes ever....Light spongy and moist.....everytime.
