This company is a complete fraud and full of deception. I placed an order on March 7th and even paid an extra $25 for faster shipping through FedEx so the item would arrive sooner. As of today, nothing has arrived.

I have sent multiple emails trying to get an update and have received no reply at all. There seems to be no real customer service or support, which is extremely frustrating when you’ve already paid for a product and additional shipping.

At this point I have no idea where my order is or if it was ever even shipped. It’s very concerning that a company can take people’s money and then completely ignore them afterward. I’m honestly not sure how this company is still operating.

I would strongly recommend being very careful before buying anything from them.

I’d give 0stars if I could, my boyfriend bought me a ring from here for Valentine’s Day it took 3-4weeks to get to us, receiving the package he was disappointed it came in a grey envelope package inside was a cheap black box and a complete different ring to what he ordered the ring feels cheap.
I contacted customer service via email they asked for my order number which I gave them and gave a description of what had happened.
They never responded I emailed again they asked for my order number and what the issue was again I explained AGAIN they then emailed back ‘this is what you ordered.’ (After I clearly showed the difference between each ring) I’m very unhappy as he has waisted his money on this rubbish. I commented on their instagram they blocked me, I’ve commented on their TikTok they deleted the comments.

SCAM SCAM. £85 my son paid for a very tacky plastic ring that looks like a little girls dressing up toy from the pound shop. And that's being generous. SCUM BAGS

The craftsmanship of the custom products looks very sophisticated and my Mom likes it very much.

When I bought the jewelry they didn’t mention that it was a membership.
They charged me $4 for the necklace and $4 for shipping. Then they started charging me $13.95 per month. This went on for 5 months until I sent an email to cancel.

They took my money. I placed my order over 2 weeks ago, tried emailing them for an update twice and have heard nothing. Don’t give them your money.

I’ve honestly had an amazing experience with them I got a mens cross necklace for Christmas and it has been amazing the only small issue is with the black and silver lines on it is kinda rough but besides that amazing.

I had got an infection in my ear it's fake jewelry it's not sterling silver I'm very upset now I have a lump n scar on my right ear 😡😡😡😡😡 I don't recommend

Wife wore the ring twice and the “gold” is now rubbing off. This company is ran by crooks that do not follow their own guidelines in returns as well as refused to give me my money back. They have deleted every review I have left to not allow their customers to see how terrible they truly are. And I quote “do not let ring come into contact with water.” Is what they told me!! Run from this company. They will delete this review so I’ll keep posting until something is done

I have to say I have had the nicest experience dealing with OnlyOneJewelry. I ordered the sterling silver angel stethoscope birthstone earrings for my friend who is a physician's assistant. They arrived today, well packaged, and even included a jewelers cloth. They are beautiful and unique. OnlyOneJewelry answered my email quickly, took and sent the order right out and even corrected the birthstone that I had wrong! I was able to track my order. They are a pleasure to deal with and I can highly recommend them.

This company is a Joke!!! Claims to be in Massachusetts and they are clearly in China, I called both numbers and they are disconnected. Another Scam coming out of China "Beware!" If you respect buying in the United States of America and supporting people here do not buy from them.

I ordered my friend an anklet for her birthday, a few day went by without any update on the purchase. I was worried I had been scammed, so I sent an email. I woke up the next day with a reply from Only One stating they had received my order and apologized for the delay. I finally received the anklet, 2 days before her birthday, she absolutely loves it, said she will never take it off. Gonna order my daughter one for birthday as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. Crappy scammer foreign company who won't return customer service emails. Their customer service numbers are bogus and out of service.

I already disputed the charge since my order was never sent.

Do not buy from these scammers and they obviously are not based in the U.S. since they charge an international fee. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought anything off their scammer website!

I ordered an anklet with a paw and a heart and it was very nice. It was a gift for a friend and they loved it.

If there was a minus rating I’d have used it. I paid $25.00 extra to have it shipped in 5-7 days. It must have been a misprint it should have read 5-7 WEEKS. When u call the number listed—it’s no longer in service. This is a SCAM. I definitely DO NOT recommend using this company.

I ordered a sterling silver ankle bracelet for my mother as a gift. The package arrived in an envelope with no return address. Contained within was a faux gold bracelet - not what I ordered. I contacted the company via email as they have no phone numbers online and the numbers I was able to find via Internet searching do not work. This company has refused to send the silver bracelet that I ordered, they refuse to send me a return label, and they refuse to give me a refund for this item. The company further tried to tell me that I actually ordered a gold bracelet when I know that I didn’t and have proof to that as well. This company claims to be in Massachusetts but the charge on my credit was processed in the UK. I am aggravated and frustrated. I

HORRIBLE. The phone #s given do not work. I have emailed 6x, no response. I ordered something for my husband, for father's day and here i am 5 days to go and NOTHING. NEVER AGAIN, Don't bother, no customer service, no service, nothing keep your money go somewhere else.
