The good - easy quote system and friendly customer service. Nice contractors.

The bad - Hired based on their *expertise* in Elfa shelving closet systems. I have a big office space that needed 2 shelving units installed. The two people they sent knew NOTHING about the closet system. They took over 2 hours to unpack things and then left for almost an hour to get a ladder and a drill. I thought they were just going to the car, but I think they went to the hardware store. Then I saw them watching how-to videos the whole time. They didn't start installing until maybe 3 1/2 hours later. After 5 hours and barely anything done, I asked them to wrap it up. Now I am stuck with a huge mess and incomplete wall of half shelving. This company
charges a full fee a few days before the work, but they did refund everything except for a couple hours of work.

The installer admitted he didn't know how to do this kind of install and should have turned the job down.

We were told by another assembly company that our 12'x16' metal roof gazebo couldn't be assembled in place on our 12.6'x16.6' deck because there wasn't enough clearance to put the roof panels on. They wanted to us exchange it for a 10'x13' gazebo that wasn't any bigger than the soft top canopy we had on the deck. On Point Assembly had our canopy up four hours after they arrived and had no problems putting it together. They were very friendly and effecient. We will definitely be contacting them for any future projects that we have.

Dylan and his team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were professional and respectful of our property. The gazebo was completed in only a few hours and looks great.

I spent a lot of time completing the request, filing in pages of details. I received a notice that they received my request. The response stated that I would “probably” receive a quote within 24 hours. 96 hours later no response. I sent an email asking what was going on…no response. Since there is no person to person contact…wonder what this company is really doing.
