non fatevi fregare, ho cominciato con grande entusiamo pensando che tutto funzionasse benissimo, spendendo soldi su soldi, al momento di effettivamente far funzionare tutto comincia a non capire più niente a farmi spendere crediti super velocemente senza realmente non risolvere i problemi, il servizio clienti inesistente. Una macchina mangia soldi.

This website is a SCAM & probably run by a 13 y/o. Their website is a non-conforming shell. Thankfully I only parted w/ $20, will get back tomorrow when I contact my bank. I loathe ripoff artists.

I’ve had a deeply troubling experience with OnSpace. More than 347,000 credits were removed from my account without warning, explanation, or authorisation. These credits were fully paid for, and their sudden disappearance represents a significant financial loss.
What’s worse is the complete lack of communication from OnSpace. I’ve contacted support multiple times through every available channel, including Discord, and I have not received any reply, any acknowledgement, or any update. Days later, the issue remains unresolved, and my messages continue to be ignored.
This is not a minor technical glitch — it’s a serious financial matter involving a substantial paid balance. The absence of transparency, accountability, or even basic customer service is extremely concerning. Until OnSpace can explain why the credits were removed and issue the refund owed, I cannot recommend the platform to anyone.
I hope this review prompts someone at OnSpace to finally address the issue, but based on my experience so far, users should proceed with caution.

What good is an app development platform that changes it pricing structure before your agreement is up. Shuts the site down for a few days and then holds your source code for ransom. To say customer support is poor is an understatement, IT FLAT OUT DOES NOT EXSITS! Don't waste your money. It is a pity, because the product showed real promise.

The AI initially appears to be capable and intelligent; however, as usage increases, code quality begins to decline, resulting in frequent issues and bugs. The system continues to consume credits rapidly, repeatedly claiming to have identified and resolved problems, which ultimately leads to a cycle of persistent complications. Each try costs a seemingly random amount of credits until you’re frustrated and faced with the choice to give up or buy more. Additionally, support seems to be unavailable; AI chat support offers limited assistance, no agents are accessible, and email inquiries remain unanswered.

poor customer service, just a bad app.

It's a cash grab. I went on their website, and it all worked perfectly. Then as my app developed more, their service got less and less accurate. I ended up buying the 100$ plan, with an additional $10 in extra credits, and by the time I had used around 60$ the app completely stopped working, the ai would apply no more updates. I have tried to contact support serveral times and been ignored each time.

The website looks nice, they have great features and it all looks cool and useful.

Their website says "From Concept to Live App in 24 Hours". Trust me thats not going to happen.... unless youre lucky.

You can export code, publish to Apple & google play etc... which some other app builders cant do. Cool...

But the problem comes when you use their AI to build your app. It will do a good job of making a MVP but if you then need to make changes (which you most likely will) it will feel like a battle trying to get the AI to make the changes and to fix errors.

It will say its fixed the issue but it wont have. You then have to contact their support who then get back to you after over 24 hours (even though it says we will get back to you in a few hours) who tell you you have to make changes to some code. But this is supposed to be able codeless app building, but its not too hard to so I did that.

But then a button stops working on real Android device, you ask the AI to fix it. It fixes it but then it stops working on the iOS real device preview. Then you fix that and something breaks on the web version. Then you fix that and something else breaks. As a programmer you know this is normal, but the AI is coding the app it should know how to fix its own code right?

I mean I dont know react native so I have to rely on their AI to fix errors.

I have wasted over 3000 credits (out of 7500) just trying to get a basic image crop to square feature. I made a fool proof prompt to fix the issue using ChatGPT Pro, but it still couldn't follow the instructions.

Terrible, it left me feeling frustrated and too stressed to carry on using it and felt myself wanting a refund as I had enough of it.

Update:
I have upgrading my rating based on the fact that their website builder actually works better and was able to use it to make a functional website with an AI component. Wasn't perfect but for the price its good enough. Was also offered some credits as goodwill gesture for the credits I lost due to their AI issues when making app.
