What a screwed-up company
What a screwed-up company. Five minutes after clicking "pay," I realized I’d entered the wrong dates and wanted to change them. Unfortunately, they said it wasn't possible—the only option was to cancel and pay 600 pounds. Can you believe it? The holiday isn't for another ten months, yet they say it can't be done. 10 minutes later.I’ll never fly with them again, and I’ll tell all my friends.

Booking through On The Beach is easy…
Booking through On The Beach is easy and have plenty of ways to pay. I didn't use the shuttle transfer this time as last time it did not show up for my return.
Hotel I booked is over rated and over priced, just for its name. Although the staff are amazing and friendly. Prices in the hotel for drinks, food and mini-bar are extremely over priced. The facilities need a massive upgrade.
I will definitely book through On The Beach again but will choose a different hotel

Couple just returned location and…
Couple just returned location and cleanliness of hotel room was good food was hit and miss but u would not go hungry snack bar consisted of sandwiches and cookies every day there was little to no entertainment even tho it’s advertised there is there was one act in 7 days !!! Lack of sunbeds was a major issue as there were on 31 sun loungers

Just booked a holiday for the first time with this company.Site was well laid out and user friendly...one pet hate i have is...you can't speak to a human!..its something that really bothers me..my holiday isn't till next year so I will hold off till then....

if OTB were a pupil their report would read , great potential but must try harder…
Otb offeres a range of holidays within a decent price range however, what lets the company down is the customer support.... expecting a customer to wait to chat to staff online for hours when most people work full time isn't acceptable.. The Irish version of the app seems very basic
