On the Beach Avis 

This was my first time using onthebeach.ie. From the moment I booked the holiday which happened to be 3 separate bookings for a family holiday to Salou everything was seamless. The payment schedule was fantastic and given plenty of notice of when next payment was due. Their choice of hotels in Salou was brilliant and I could pick whatever airport I wanted. I did worry about the baggage and other extras with the airline but this was very easy. I am already looking at future holidays with onthebeach.ie. Excellent company

Had a great experience, booked with them in February for a holiday in June and all was so good i booked with them again for my next holiday in October. I needed to change hotels and there was no problem doing that. Easy payments were great. If the service they give at the moment continues i will be using them for my future holidays. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone for holidays or flights.

Simple booking process. Affordable way of paying, monthly instalments. Fantastic choice of accommodations. I will 💯 be using on the beach to book future holidays.

Great website and app with many filters, allowing to get to what I need faster. Great for offering to pay in few installments. Clear instructions on support, not that I needed it, but it is good to have for peace of mind. Will be using for my next trip!

I tried to contact you and it's terrible. I wanted to make a change and update my contact details total nonsense. So no actual way of contact. Your AI is also terrible. I will never book with you again

The experience was really good. One small little headache was that our group had three different booking references, this was quiet stressful as when we were confirming our flights not all the group were visible on the airline website until we realised there were separate bookings

Perfect from start to finish of booking my holiday

Absolutely disgusted! I contacted on the beach as we were due to check in and I realised I had made a mistake with my granddaughters name. We received an email back saying that they understood how stressful that must be and they would escalate the case. Numerous messages from us later and 5 days into the holiday we have only been able to go on due to a loophole from the airline that shoudnt have happened apparently we have still had no response. Our whole holiday would have been ruined. We have since had to book my grandaughter a different seat as they are refusing to do the name change to get a 6 year old home from Turkey. We also tried to contact the emergancy in resort contact number that cuts you off constantly. Absolute joke. Will not be using this company again
