Never again!
I ordered a Ticket from Bangkok to Manila to enter on the Thai border by car. They did not accept this E fake ticket and I had to travel back to Georgetown Malaysia. From there to Kuala Lumpur, then to Bangkok and with another flight to Koh Samui and then with the ferry to my destination Koh Phangan. Onward ticket US...a very expensive experience!

Hi Sailor — thanks for the review, though I'd like to correct one thing for anyone reading.
The itinerary you received was a real, verifiable airline reservation, not a fake. What it's built for is airline check-in, where staff verify the PNR directly in the airline's system — and that's what the service is sold for.
Land border crossings are a different situation. Immigration posts set their own rules and many require a paid, ticketed departure rather than a reservation. That's outside what an onward ticket does, at any provider.

I booked the ticket for my Vietnam trip because I didn't decide on time from where exactly I wanted to fly back home. On the airport, they did not check me for it. But the service from Best Onward Ticket was great!

Not being asked for it is the ideal outcome, honestly. The point is having a real reservation ready if you are asked, so you're not stuck at a check-in desk booking a flight you don't want.

Onwardticket.us is an excellent service! Great customer service (Through WhatsApp for my issue). I needed an onward ticket for my airline and Onwardticket.us delivered! I made a mistake in the application process and I contacted them via WhatsApp and they got right on my issue! Once corrected, I received the needed itinerary in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommended!

Be careful when booking flights that…
Be careful when booking flights that are only 2–3 days apart. The website still allows these bookings, but the airline may later cancel the booking code without any notice. While they claim this policy is mentioned somewhere on the website, it is not displayed prominently and can be very easy to miss during the booking process.
I learned this the hard way when the airline informed me that my booking number could not be used as proof of a return ticket. What’s even more frustrating is that I checked other websites offering the same service, and their systems automatically prevent users from booking flights that are too close together (typically within 2–4 days). Unlike those websites, this platform allows such bookings, which I find MISLEADING.
recommendation: use other websites such as bestonwardflight etc!

Mr. Omar Alhomsi placed an onward ticket order through our web portal and selected our standard service, which clearly states delivery within 24 hours. Despite this timeframe, we successfully delivered the ticket within 4 hours and 17 minutes. According to our records, the ticket and verifiable PNR were delivered successfully.
We also attempted to contact you multiple times via WhatsApp to assist and confirm everything was working correctly, but unfortunately, we did not receive any response.
