Ooh & Aah Avis

Lovely cookies, greatly packaged and delicious. Thank you so much 🙂

The colourful boxes, the excitement opening the box and the post friendly options all work well for me sending these indulgent treats to family and friends to celebrate birthdays and life events. 😋
My niece used her happy birthday cookie at midnight to welcome in her 21st birthday when away from home.

Great dilivery my granddaughter loved them as did her mum and dad thankyou

Beautiful large cookies all hand illustrated. My friends loved them as they were gifts…. The reports were that they tasted YUMMY also.
Loved the presentation box and the little note that I got to send with the cookie.
5/5

The cookies were excellently received as a birthday gift. They tasted amazing and the customisation options ensured that I could choose my recipient’s favourite flavours. The delivery was perfectly on time and efficiently packaged. Would recommend for anyone wanting to send a tasty gift.

Ordered three mini cookie pies to taste test before ordering a bigger batch instead of a birthday cake. Not sure it helped narrow things down as they were all amazing! So I think I’ll be ordering a selection and I know no-one will de disappointed whichever ones they end up with. Definitely ordering a few extras at the same time 😋

Had a message from my daughter whom the cookie was sent to and she said she absolutely loved it. Couldn't be happier that it brought a smile to her face. Second time ordering and the customer service is outstanding. Had an issue with the delivery address that I noticed after paying but customer service was straight in it and I felt confident it was sorted. Looking forward to placing further orders in the future.

They loved the surprise in Ireland . Absolutely delicious.Perfect delivery. Well organised, will use again.

If i could leave no stars i would

⭐ Absolutely Shocking – Out-of-Date Product Received!

I am absolutely disgusted with my experience ordering from Ohh Ahh Cookies.

I placed an order on 24th October for a tray bake cookie loaded with Kinder chocolate, i selecting today 27th october as my chosen delivery date. The website clearly states that all orders are baked the day before dispatch, so I expected to receive a freshly baked product that was suitable to eat.

Instead, my order arrived with a best-before date of 13th October — ELEVEN DAYS before I even placed my order! How is this acceptable? I ordered on the 24th October and received a product that was already nearly two weeks past its best-before date. This completely contradicts the expectations set by the website and raises serious questions about how products are stored, checked and dispatched.

I paid for a product expecting it to be freshly baked, as advertised, only to receive something that was already out of date before I had even ordered it. This is not a minor mistake or a small disappointment. It is completely unacceptable, particularly when it comes to food.

I have lost all confidence in the freshness and quality control of this business. Customers should not have to worry about whether the food they have paid for is past its date when it arrives, especially when the website specifically claims that orders are freshly baked before dispatch.

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering to be aware of my experience. Receiving a product with a best-before date that had already passed before the order was even placed is simply shocking and completely unacceptable.

Ohh Ahh Cookies, this needs addressing. I expected a fresh product, not one that was already out of date.

Love these cookies...If I had more money I would buy them more often

I had these delivered as a treat for my son who has recently started university along way from home. He was so chuffed with the personalised message and said the cookies tasted amazing and shared them with his flat mates. Such a lovely idea and he can’t wait for me to send him the next box, thanks so much.

High quality cookie, niece absolutely loved it. Fast delivery, excellent communication. Highly recommend 😊

Bought the gift set for my daughter in law instead of a birthday cake! The family really enjoyed all the different cookies, cakes and dips - they described them as yummy 😋 will definitely be buying them again, thank you - excellent product and service 👍♥️

Excellent customer service and great cookies.

Great birthday box for my little boy.
Better than a cake.and the pies were so yummy. Will be ordering again soon.

Cookie was delicious.
I stupidly ordered to my home address rather than to my sister's where it was intended to go, but that's my own fault 🤦🏽‍♀️ also the couriers were not gentle with it as it came from maker to me, all the icing writing had broken. The biscuit itself was tasty and went down a treat with my kids!

The cookies were a present. They were delivered on time. I have sent a box to the same person before and they were very good. This time they felt that the number of chocolate chips had definitely been reduced; one cookie only had one chip in it. They also mentioned that the cookies were a little dry.

The product was well packaged, delivery was timely and it was a delicious treat

Delivered on time, in perfect condition - and it tasted great!

Very happy with my order
