Really poor advices (we kept talking about ties and how important it was for a Pakistani national, our officer told us that we had enough ties. Guess what: the visa got refused for this exact reason).
Do not hope talking to a human: 90% of the time you will be talking to answers made with AI.
Our officer submitted the file late at night even though he had plenty of time to do it during day.
The worst of all: we asked him three times updates on the apply. He kept telling us he had no updates. Until the moment we ask a proof: a screenshot. Its at the exact moment we learnt the visa got refused 12 DAYS AGO. Leading to an impossibility to reapply (we were on short delay).
Right now, I am trying to get back the visa account of my girlfriend's brother. No answer.
