Opduel support is a 5 stars but rng or rtp are nowhere to be found on this site at this point its straight up donating.

Been dealing with OPD for years!, most trustworthy people to deal with very attentive always looking after you, this is the place to be!

The staff for Opduel is one of a kind. Love the positivity and the fast and concise communication. Andres you're an absolute goat thank you for all the help!. 10/10 would recommend ! Amazing community

Great site, house doesn't win all the time and has various games!

Good and fair

These guys are the best, fair and fast

Playing online is always a little sketchy, but not at OpDuel. Why? The staff is there 24/7 to help with any questions you may have. Not only is the staff great but they have a giant and constantly growing game list. Now one of the best parts of OpDuel is INSTANT withdrawals, no waiting hours or days. I have played maaaany other sites before and can say with 100% confidence that OpDuel is the absolute best I have played!

The staff is very nice, games are fun and seem fair. Perfect to try and win big!

Kinda rigged poker in 07 tbh the website also have lost money on both don’t expect to win

To the date of writing this my experiences have been nothing but excellent all around.

A pragmatic games hosting company available in the US that isn't stake? Sign me up twice please. Ignore the bad reviews, it's obvious we all know they couldn't stop gambling lost their money and got angry. None of that information is true, coming from someone that does the same thing but at least has the respect to leave an honest review.

10/10, actually a good platform that pays out fast and has good customer service, first proper RS website with fast pay outs, good customer service and engaging games keep it up guys

Warning – Unreliable site with serious issues
I strongly advise others to be very careful with this site. I have experienced multiple serious problems, including games bugging out several times, which directly affected my gameplay and results.
Customer support is extremely poor and unhelpful. Responses are slow, unclear, and it feels like they do not take users seriously at all.
The biggest issue occurred when I tried to withdraw my money. The withdrawal process has taken an unreasonably long time with no clear explanation. Instead, I was accused of cheating without any proper evidence or transparent reasoning.
This gives the impression that the site looks for excuses to avoid paying out winnings. Overall, this platform feels untrustworthy and highly unprofessional. I strongly recommend not trusting this site with your money.

The support staff are generally adequate; however, there are occasions when you must explain the same issue multiple times before it is fully understood. Aside from that, the service is acceptable. That said, the win-to-loss ratio is extremely unfavorable. I have wagered over 9,000 on the site and approximately 60b in the flower room, with very little to show for it. This statement is not made out of frustration from a loss, but rather as a caution to others considering this platform. In my experience, the site is heavily weighted in favor of the house, particularly with regard to the slot games.
