I have already review this service and I was told 5 to 7 working days for delivery. I ordered on the 8/08/2023 and it is now 19/08/2023. Amazon would have been a better option.

Straightforward purchase and received item that was packaged well. Not getting 5 stars as couldn't purchase item when it was in UK sterling, had to change to Euro then website changed to exclude Sterling so not sure what happened there. Item stated a spec which I interpreted incorrectly which was disappointing.

Got a TV for half the price
Got a new TV for half the price and support is amazing. Fast delivery as well. TnT is a little sketchy, but that's not something Open Shop can control :)

OpenShop has one of the most present and up to date Customer Care. Can you name an online shop with such in real time support?
In Terms&Conditions and our policies, we pointed exactly the specific of our Business and all Return and Refund Policy.
You decided "on the go" to return the product, without a clear and sustainable reason.
With all our Respect to you, Your statement that the Return Policy is sucks is absolutely unrealistic, inappropriate and incorrect.
I'm sorry that you didn't manage to have a positive and beautiful experience with OpenShop.
