misleading info and fraud buying online
We recently bought an item of clothing online through the Opia webshop, consisting of a top and pants. However, upon receipt of the package, the pants were missing. Opia replied that the pants were sold out, and that therefore only the top would be shipped. However, nowhere on the webshop's product page did it state that if we bought the whole package, we would only receive the top. This is a very concrete case of misleading information on the webshop page and a blatant form of fraud. Opia did not respond to our request for a refund for the missing pants. For an organization that explicitly aims to be ethical, this is particularly unfortunate: there is misleading information in their webshop and they do not answer "nuisance" emails? This is the last time we (and our children and friends) will buy anything from them.
