Poor product and customer service.
The topper I received was nothing like the photograph on the website. Their returns policy is worthless as they will not provide an address to return the item. Do not buy from them.

SCAM! DON'T BUY!
SCAM! These wigs are not as advertised, poor quality and don't fit good. They do not allow a refund and go around in circles offering 10% refund then 20% refund then a free wig, which is no good because the one we received was not what we consented to buy. Don't waste your money or time with these people or urhair.co.uk (same owners).

For those of you who had a bad experience with this company and weren't allowed to have their return address, here it is. After my bank got involved opo emailed me with return address. MR ZHAO,Room 521,building no 1,ZhongXingCheng,Belyihuan Rd,Yaohai District,Hefei City,Anhui Provence, China,postal code 230011.
After my dealings with these scammers I can't trust that this is a genuine address but it is what they have given me.

Not a Uk company based in china , really cheap and nasty and looks nothing like what you are supposed to be buying, do not waste your time and money find a reputable shop at least you know what you are buying , having to get PayPal involved as they wouldn’t give a return address and is costing to return to china , basically it’s a scam

please do not buy from this website its a complete con. We spent hundred of hard earn pounds for 100% human hair wig and its completely synthetic, nothing like the photos and a con
they refused a return and now seeking legal action if we can which is hard because they are chinese and like so many others.
Please contact you bank as soon as you can if you have placed an order and luckily ours refunded without delay. Only pay via PayPal too they are more reliable in getting your money back
