Wow what a professional and proactive company. They weren't the cheapest but you pay for what you get and on this case the service was on point. The engineer explained the whole treatment for the wasps nest in our garden. A wealth of knowledge. We will use again.

3rd time I’ve used optical facilities this time was for new kitchen appliances and some light fittings. I have never been let down by this company. Our gutters were being replaced when…
Our gutters were being replaced when all work had to stop for a large wasps nest. Our builders recommended us to call optical facilities. Beth in sales was friendly and informative on the phone. She managed to get me an engineer out at 6pm on a Friday. Keeping in mind I only had called them at 4.30pm really fast attendance. They went above and beyond in terms of service. Fast response, wealth of experience and dealt with the issue instantly. As a result we were able to have our guttering put back up the very next morning. Couldn’t be happier

We wouldn't want to hear anything other than those words "above and beyond". As a company we feel that customer service from start to finish has gone out the window so to speak.......but not with us. AMAZING!!
On the 2nd day at 6pm of being let down by a pest company to remove a wasp nest from a stable I was recommended to call optical facilities. Friends told me about the fast service they had received. I spoke to a lady in the office called Maura who booked me an engineer to come out that evening. The engineer Tom arrived at 7.10pm and did the job in no time at all. Professional and knowledgeable. I will only be using this company in the future.

I called optical facilities to come around and look into why our hallway was wet. We weren’t sure what the issue was, but we thought it was coming from under the floor. The engineer was very methodical and instantly found the cause of the leak; it was actually from a worn cold water valve on the washing machine. The engineer was polite and had a good approach to the works carried out. He went to purchase the part and fixed the issue within 45mins. James in the office called us to make sure we were happy. Special service from start to finish. Was also offered a discount on any future work needed. Well done optical facilities

Optical pest control was recommended to me by a close friend which happens to be a landlord. He said they did an amazing job at his rented properties and uses them all the time. So I plucked up the courage and gave them a call and spoke to a lovely lady in the office called jo. All I can say is brilliant. One of the easiest reviews I was asked to leave and would 100% call upon them again if I have anymore pest issues in the future

This Company does not mess about! They are prompt, polite, professional and really most competitive price around. Excellent I highly recommend
I contacted optical pest control on behalf of my elderly parents who had a wasp nest in their roof. The engineer came the same day called my parents 30 mins prior to his attendance to say he was on route and dealt with the wasps nest quickly. My parents commented on how friendly and helpful he was, and the price was lower than other places I had contacted. Superstars!

We had a pest control issue and called Optical who sorted it out rapidly. I thought the engineer gave a great service with good value for money. He was on time and his attitude was spot on. Easy booking with the sales team and they followed up with a curtesy call the following day. Works carried out and customer service was outstanding which is rare to come across nowadays.

Could not possibly have been better. What can I say? We had a wasp nest in the wall of our house. Engineer showed up (promptly) and within about 5 mins had administered a poison (safe for our kids and pets) that had completely dispatched the insects within and hour. A very nice engineer, we chatted for a while. If you got wasps optical pest control is the company for you

Moved into a old property in west…
Moved into a old property in west London recently, Besides mice, we also had moths in the old carpets left there, optical engineers came, gave me a price, very very competitive arranged a time and a date for the technician to come, he did and on time, smartly turned out which filled me with confidence that he was a pro and knew what he was doing. The mice were gone within a week, did proofing to stop them coming in again, we got rid of the carpets and the optical engineer sprayed for moths, not seen once since. If I was unfortunate enough to have problems of this nature again I would not hesitate to call optical pest control out again. In fact I wouldn’t bother calling anyone else really.

Thankyou optical pest. Especially ever smiling and cheerful tradesman Gary who came and trapped a rogue rat in the house that terrified me. He was even cheerful when it was trapped but not quite dead and disposed of it. We also had rats from under the decking next door they are no longer to be seen. This is the second time I have used optical pest they got rid of a wasps nest in my garden last summer. I recommend and will call them if I have another problem.

Moved into my new house and found a wasps nest. Called optical pest and they happened to be in my area that morning. They had finished the job by an hour from when I originally spoke to Claire in the bookings team. I haven’t seen a wasp going in for 3 days. Great friendly service and great price. I could see a lot of wasps entering a small hole in the roof. Optical pest control turned up in less than 90mins the nest removal technician sprayed the nest and it was gone in a few hours.
