Staff were very prompt with my order, contacting me to confirm details, sent out and delivered quickly and almost perfect frames and lenses (my frames were just a bit too wide but I managed to fix them easily enough)

Good Quality but limited selection
The frame's quality and prescription lenses were really good. The only issue not a huge selection to choose from for men's glasses.

Delayed and wrong prescription
Unfortunately my order required a follow-up after approximately one month to have it dispatched. Once it arrived, the prescription was completely wrong and the glasses are unusable.

Customer service and quality of work is first rate
Customer service is first rate. Locally (Perth) I was advised that lens replacement in my old (expensive) specs was not possible. Optically offered to examine the frames, reported that they could do the “impossible”, gave a quote and a delivery date, kept me informed of progress, and the quality of their work is superb.

Wanted to get a quote to reglaze my glasses. They promised price beat. Nothing happended. Shocking communication skills. Useless and a waste of time. please stay away.

I had a brilliant experience with re-glazing my old frames
I had a brilliant experience with Optically. My prescription has changed a lot recently and so I decided to get my old frames re-glazed with my latest prescription. It was much cheaper to do this with Optically that it was at my local opticians (I shopped around). The Optically process was simple and their communication was great. I am happier with my re-glazed glasses from Optically than I am with my ones from Specsavers and OPSM. As such, I am planning to get some of my other old frames re-glazed with Optically :)
