Would be very helpful if someone answered the phone instead of picking up and putting down
So I can only judge customer services in that basis.

Bought arifle scope from optics-pro,shipping was super organized and very swift,took only 5 days to deliver to ireland.The packaging was 10/10,very secure.Also a small bag of Haribo jellies went down a treat!

Bought 2 watchmaking loupes and they arrived in few days via UPS after ordering to here in Finland. It would be nice if they had review option for their products. I bought Eschenbach 15X loupe' for 35€ and Schweizer Tech-Line 6X loupe' 16.90€. The schweizer one was way too big for my eye (bigger than your typical loupe) so I can't use it, maybe with appropriate head spring. I like that it has metallic body and lens seems to be good quality as well. But I don't recommend buying that one unless normal loupes are way too small for you... But I was really impressed with Eschenbach 15x, it was expensive, but it's really good quality compared to my chinese loupes or Bergeon 12x. My Bergeon 12x fogs easily and it's more blurry. But Eschenbach's lenses are really good quality and when my head/eye naturally vibrates this loupe produces much less blur. When I bought it, I didn't know it has a removable lense that you can see maybe 7x.

Great customer service, in particular, the seller responded promptly and modified my order at my request. The product variety and prices are outstanding. I bought 6x and 10x folding magnifying lenses by Euromex, and both were of excellent quality. The lenses were not in stock and it took about a month to get them, but I was not in a hurry. The DHL mailing service to USA was flawless. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Optics Pro.

Terrible seller. I do not advise it at all. I made a purchase of an item whose stock was in a "yellow" status (item ready to ship 3-5 weeks). After 5 weeks I contacted the seller because I did not receive my order. The seller responded with a pre-made email informing me that he could not send it for a month. After a month I contacted the seller again because I did not receive the item. The seller answered me again with the exact same ready-made email informing me that I had to wait a month. For the next 2 months the exact same thing happened. I canceled the purchase after 4,5 months of waiting. This seller does not deserve any reliability.

Terrible customer service. One-day shipping was included, but almost a week later my item did not arrive. When I complained, they said I shouldn't be upset because the shipping was free. Then they told me I had the item when I didn't. It was a farce. I never got the item and finally cancelled my order.
