Magnetic ring doesn’t work

Nice looking bottle and I’m sure it will work well to keep drinks hot or cold but the magnetic ring doesn’t work and that’s the main reason I ordered it. Extremely disappointing. Do not order from Optiiforce.

Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify, the magnetic ring attached to the lid is only for non-MagSafe phones. If your phone supports MagSafe, the ring should be removed and your phone will attach directly to the bottle’s magnet.

This such a bad experience

This such a bad experience. I ordered online last Nov. 28,2025. Based on the delivery system they had product should arrived within 3 weeks but sadly I did not receive any product that I ordered online. I did followed up on the second week when I put my order online, but there mail just said be patient. The worst thing is I received an email from them to give a product a review. On the first place how I can review a product without receiving it. That is really a fraud that you ordered online the company wants you to give them a review without receiving your order. I am patiently waiting for my order but this is too much waiting. This is such a bad experience ordering from your branding. I will never order again optiiforce due to this bad experience.

Ar first a disappointment, but customer service dit a great job 👍

We ordered two bags and two big bottles. The were not delivered in the nice box’s that are seen on the pictures off there website. Also the magnetic bags seem like a cheaper version as shown on the website. no logo and the on top carrier strap is made from a cheap material. On the picture on the website it is the same material as the bag and stitched. Also the closing strap to hold the bottle is different as shown an one the pictures. Bothe bags that we have they different. The side rings off the bags to attach the strap for carrieing are also different and smaller as in the foto’s. The interior seen on the photo have a black extra pocket with a different key ring. Then the bottles. They have also now brand logo…. Because they are frome another Brand… you can buy them cheap on amazone ore many different other websites!!!!

After taking care of my disappointment according my order, OptiiForce reached out to me and gave me a solution. Credits for the customer service 🙏

Missing order

I ordered the magnetic gym bag for my husband on the 4th December and still haven't received the order (its now 21st December). I've emailed their customer services twice and not had a reply so I'm concerned it won't arrive by Christmas and becoming increasingly concerned it might be a scam.

Finger weg - Chinaversand mit Chinaware

Finger weg! Versendet aus China. Paket kam nie an. Kundenservice vertröstet nur, kümmert sich aber nicht. Renne jetzt meinem Geld hinterher! Spart euch das. Es gibt ähnliche Produkte auch anderswo, ich hab das leider zu spät gesehen.

Ordered the bottle and bag as a Xmas…

Ordered the bottle and bag as a Xmas present. Despite emailing the info@ email three times (as the discount wasn’t applied), I have had zero response.

Plus no sign of the parcel yet! Ordered nearly two weeks ago.

After all this hassle this product had best arrive in time for Xmas and with correct branding (see other recent reviews)!

Thank you for your response. Can you confirm the branding will be on the items - as per the images. Some feedback from previous purchasers suggests items are unbranded and do not match the images.

Orders placed around December 8th began reaching customers from December 15th onward. In your case, the shipment was temporarily held by customs, which can occasionally occur. We followed up directly, and the shipment was cleared approximately 10 hours ago and has since resumed transit.
Regarding the discount, it was not applied at checkout. However, we have already processed a refund for the discount amount, which you should receive shortly.

I ordered two magnetic gym bags, in pink and black, and neither of them have the logo on the front as displayed in the photos. It seemed like a cheap imitation. Do not order!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I ordered my magnetic gym bag weeks ago, i then went to check the status of delivery on my shop app and it said the package is still in Thailand and has been returned to sender. This was a christmas present and all i want is a refund but of course no reply. DO NOT ORDER!!!!

Trying to cancel order off the back of…

Trying to cancel order off the back of reading poor reviews online- so far no contact from CS. Not clearly stated at point of delivery that it will take 2-4 weeks to deliver and it's a Christmas present!

Update: order arrived but quality is poor, no branding on the products which makes me wonder whether this is really a brand or a dropshipping company, also the "rose alloy" is not the nice rose gold colour pictured on the website but is actually a bright pink. Not worth the £60 and seriously disappointed. Also convinently the company didn't reply to me to cancel the order until the day it was shipped

Exceeded Expectations!

I bought 2 OptiiForce bottles one for me and one for my girlfriend and I’m really impressed! The quality is great, shipping took less than a week, and the MagSafe lid holds my phone securely even when the bottle is empty. It’s made recording so effortless that I post stories more often now. Love it! ❤️

I received the bottle after 2 weeks, the packaging was great and it held my phone up perfectly. Unfortunately there was a tiny error with the straw and lid connector - the help desk was super quick to respond and I received a new one; perfect! Love this for anyone who needs to keep their phone off the dirty floor.
