Investing in a startup company is risky—lesson learned.

While the service was helpful, the process took longer than I anticipated. I understand that trademark registration depends on government timelines, but I wish they had provided better updates. The result was good, but communication could improve.

I was overwhelmed by the trademark registration process, but their team made it incredibly simple. They handled the paperwork, ensured my brand name was unique, and guided me through each step. The approval came faster than expected!

Great PC, super quick turn around which I was surprised about! Looks just as good as it runs. If you are looking for a quality pc that stands out compared to your typical gaming pc Optimist is the way to go.

I picked their Dusk II model. a small form factor powerhouse. Upon arrival, the PC was well packaged with multiple boxes layered with cushion between from the PC to the boxes like lasagna.
I, myself, have experience with PC building for many years, and the reason why I went thru the pre-built route is because of the price, at the time, was well worth the pre-built over building it myself.
And with this experience, first thing I did was crack open the case, looked at each components to make sure they are up to spec as what I ordered, checked out each fittings like screws and spacers to make sure they are tight, checked out there wire management, and made sure that nothing was broken during transit and all the packing material is out of the case.
First thing that caught my eyes was the graphic card and its placement. Due to the nature of the case, it was slightly bent downwards as there are only 2 points of contact which is one spacer in the rear of the case and the riser cable suspending the graphic card leaving a huge gap below it giving no support to it, during transit, it has bent the case and shifted the graphic card out of place. Luckily, this is repairable.
Most of the screws and spacers inside the PC holding all the components were loose and has to be re-tightened, however the case screws were comfortably tight.
Wire management was super as I would not have done it in any other way.
And every part was up to spec to what I ordered.
Although the fulfillment time went past there advertised time, I rather have them take the time to make sure everything is done right and packaged well, which for me was Excellent, so when it arrives, it should be hassle-free.
Computer booted up with no issues, and downloading applications that we generally use on a day-to-day basis and games was buttery smooth.
Now having the PC running for more thank 2 weeks, I have not received any issues and it still runs as expected, buttery smooth, just like how it came the first day.
In conclusion, in my opinion, based on the price, BEST deal for your money can buy. Although there were minor issues like loose screws and spacers, they are repairable, and these are the things that the company can improve on as customer reviews and feedback help drive the company to, hopefully, iron out these minor problems so they can produce even better built powerhouses to future customers. Customer service was quick and responsive. Thank you Ren!

Best PC I have ever used! Despite the current supply issues in the industry, I got updates on my build and got my PC in decent time. Will definitely be looking at other models in the future!

Exactly what I was going for with top notch performance.
Wish they sent the product with more cushioning and with fragile labels.
The PC had 2 microfiber cloths inside the case that I didn’t discover until later after I had already powered it on and installed the OS (about 30 minutes). Wish they would have informed me about that early because that really could have done some damage if left in there longer.

Since getting the PC, it has exceeded my expectations! Running games seamlessly with minimal excess heat output and truly wonderful aesthetic style. Well worth the price and would definitely buy from them again.

Ren was super communicative and helpful with my order. I greatly appreciated the care and dedication that went into my build, down to its packaging and presentation. The patterned foam panels were a great addition to protecting my order and adding an acoustic finish to my setup!

My only comment is that I had to update the BIOS of my mobo from a July '24 version to a current one.

The pc is amazing, looks absolutely bonkers in my room, and matches the aesthetic. The customer service is incredible! They would respond within 5 minutes most times. Runs amazing and not much more I could ask for!

My payment method didnt work and they responded right away to make sure there was another way of processing it while GooglePay was down. Also was awesome enough to upgrade my GPU to the 4070 SUPER. Shipped out within the week and had it a couple days later after ordering.

The PC works amazingly and didn't have any issues except a Windows product key issue which they also solved right away when I emailed them back.

Delivered Product as expected. Upgraded for free. Very attentive to emails. Pc runs amazingly.
