They ignore unsubscribe which is obviously illegal. So who would do business with a spam company that runs illegally?

Optimizify was a complete disappointment. I signed up because I was told that as long as I had a balance in my account, I would not be charged again. That was not true. They auto-charged my account anyway and then refused to give me a refund, even though I had not used the product in over a month.

There is nothing special about this platform. You can get better results from ChatGPT or other AI tools without paying for a clunky interface and dealing with questionable billing practices. The system feels awkward, outdated, and far less useful than they make it sound.

My biggest issue is trust. If a company tells you one thing when you sign up and then does the opposite when it is time to bill you, that is a serious problem. In my experience, their practices were dishonest and their customer service did nothing to make it right.

I would not recommend Optimizify, especially if you serve a narrow niche and need a company you can trust.
