Very impressed by the service provided by Optimus. Door has been installed to a very high standard and am very impressed with how immaculately clean everything was left. Jon was very proactive when communicating updates prior to installation and was quick to send over all the documentation after the work was completed. Had all of our windows and back door replaced. Friendly and professional team, efficient and excellent quality workmanship. Quotes accurate and competitively priced. We had a unit that needed adjusting about a week or two post fitting and they sorted it no problem. Highly recommend.

We had eleven windows and a new front door installed by Jon and Bailey over five days. From start to finish we received reliable, courteous and highly professional customer service and workmanship. They efficiently installed three windows a day so the job was not too overwhelming. We have used Optimus on our previous home. We contacted Chris and he came around and had a chat about our new windows and doors for our new home. Once again everything was explained and planned in detail. We then had a call and visit from Jon who did a thorough survey and was excellent.
We had regular updates before the installation and everything was well organised.
Jon and Bailey did the installation and they did an excellent job, nothing was rushed and if any snags came up they discussed it before completing it.
We are more than impressed with Optimus and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for looking after us so well.

A top quality installation of new windows, doors and conservatory. Optimus are clearly experts in their field, you can see this from their initial visit, where they take time to understand our requirements and explain in-depth their product, a very detailed survey and finally the installation. The product is excellent as was the installation process.
The installation was managed very carefully and tidily, they do not rush, they prioritise quality over speed. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We are very happy with our new windows, doors and conservatory.

I’m am so very pleased with my new door. It is everything I’d hoped and more. Everyone I met during the process was extremely nice explaining everything and keeping me fully informed, making every effort to fit in with my requirements and overcome any difficulties. It was a bit more expensive than I’d planned but I’m glad I went with it as the door and their support has been worth every penny.

We are delighted with our energy efficient, secure, triple glazed windows and new doors recently installed by Optimus. Our old brown, leaded windows and doors were very tired and we now have a fresher, updated look! They are a local company and are very professional and competent from start to finish. Their products are very high quality and they have very experienced, competent installers (Chris, Jon and Bailey) who take care to achieve perfection.
Chris was so helpful with the initial consultation with ideas and suggestions. The pre installation survey was very careful and detailed and surprisingly actually saved us some money, as it was decided they could install the upstairs windows without scaffolding!
As we have a large property the project took nearly 2 weeks to complete but throughout they were always polite and considerate so that there was minimal disruption.

We are extremely satisfied with Optimus Windows.
We had 6 windows & a front door replaced with excellent attention to detail & every care was taken by Jon & Bailey to minimise any disruption. They even brought their own hoover!

Chris explained options and guided us through different door window and handle etc combinations. Fitters were very good and we are well pleased with the final product - front and rear doors.

Used Optimus this summer (2025) for new aluminium patio doors. Chris, Tim and Jon offered a top rate quality service in terms of product, communication and fitting and they were a pleasure to deal with. Will be back for a front door soon!
