Absolutely superb service. I emailed a picture of my sun glasses- received an email telling me the package to buy. I posted my sunglasses on the Monday and received them back repaired on the Friday. I received emails when they were received, once they were repaired and tracking once posted back. Can’t fault the service absolutely brilliant.

Persol sunglasses fit like new
One of the arm hinges on my Persol sunglasses were badly bent outwards after falling on them. Opto did a great job straightening them and making them look and fit like new. It took less than a week and regular emails kept me informed on progress. Very impressive.

I would like to say a big thank you for the excellent service! I’m extremely happy with the professionalism and efficiency of the team. They responded to my messages very quickly, were friendly and helpful throughout, and repaired my glasses to a very high standard in a very short time.They deep cleaned and changed the nose pads, when I received the I though was a brand new glasses😀
I really appreciate the excellent customer service, they infomed me when they got the glasses, after they finished the repair and when they posted it. They sent a cleaning cloth with my name printed on it which was a big suprise!I would definitely recommend them to anyone. One of the best company l have ever dealt with
I had two pairs of Tom Ford glasses repaired by OPTO glasses repair and the experience was truly outstanding. I'd been to several other outlets but…
I'd been to several other outlets but to no avail, the only thing they tried to do was to upsell me new glasses.
The service I received at Opto was excellent no trying to sell me anything, they fixed my glasses very quickly and I had a choice of how much I wanted to spend.
Highly recommend.

Quality repair, speedy return, great communication, huge savings.
First of all the communication in terms of acknowledging website and postal communications was rapid and to the point.
Secondly the speed of turnaround from sending my (sun)glasses for repair to receiving them back by post was incredible - about 4 working days.
Thirdly, as it should be, but nonetheless re-assuringly, my (sun)glasses were returned in the Oakley OEM Sunglasses case I had sent them in.
Fourthly and most importantly, the repair itself was a difficult one with a jagged fracture and I was pleased with the quality of a very testing repair.
Fifthly and finally, I saved a huge amount of money as these were Oakley prescription sunglasses and would likely have cost me £400 to purchase a brand new pair.

I have sent off a second pair of sunglasses to be repaired and I’ve been meaning to write a review from before.
I am super impressed with the first pair I sent off… My partner’s Louis Vuitton sunglasses. The frame was completely wrecked. Was a bit sceptical to send off but sent the pictures off and they advised what package to buy. It came back in a few days all brand new and they even gave me £10 refund as I overpaid for a service that I didn’t actually need in the end.
Then my Gucci sunglasses, again the frame was off balance. Sent it off Friday and it came back today Monday! Absolutely love this company! Top notch!!
