This is my second set
This is my second set, been on a week. Because my nails are the same length underneath, I use an extra, smaller sticky pad on the tip of my nail too (turned it at an angle) and they are holding even stronger than the first set. They are absolutely solid. I’ve only used the V2 pads. I actually found it difficult to get my first set off after 2.5 weeks. I used the stick, but next time I’m going to soak them as advised. They’re so much better for your natural nails. I would recommend them 💯

Opening the box of Opul nails for the first time I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful colour and shape of the nails. I hadn’t watched the video on how to apply so my first attempt failed. I emailed the company and received a reply straight away on how to apply the sticky tabs. After another attempt I have now mastered how to apply and my nails look as though I’ve been to a salon. I’m impressed by the service of the company and the quality of the nails. This is my 2nd day of wearing and I’ve groomed 2 dogs, washed dishes, hoovered & dusted, cooked and cleaned and they are well and truly stuck on. Well impressed.

- extra short is NOT the length shown on the photo. Needed filing down to achieve expected length
- gel pads are too soft - nail can move/lift easily. Resolved by using nail glue

Regarding the length shown in the photos, the final look can vary depending on the length of your natural nail bed. If your nail bed is shorter than the model’s in the photo, the nails may appear slightly longer once applied. That being said, they can be gently filed down if you prefer an even shorter look.
For the gel pads, I’m sorry they didn’t feel secure enough for you. Fit, sizing and pressure during application can make a big difference, but I’m glad you were able to resolve this with nail glue.

These nails are a game changer
These nails are a game changer. They look fantastic, are hard-wearing and stay on - unlike any other sticky tab nails I’ve tried. I wore (extra short, French polish style) them on holiday for two weeks, swimming, going to the beach, etc everyday and they stayed on the whole time. The great thing is that they are reusable. I’ve ordered more sets in different colours and they often have good deals.

Excellent product, easy to apply, and they stayed put. The sticky gummy pads are great. I usually do them Monday evening so my hands look good for my office day, and then I choose to remove them Sunday evening so my nails get a rest. The colours, finishing and fit are great. I really love these nails - easy to apply using the sticky pads and OH boy do they last. It is strange that these glue pads last better than any glue I have used. I have converted my twin sister into using them after I.used them on her!

Delivery took a full two weeks. How ever, they were easy to apply even for a novice like me! They look great and if they last well (only on day 3 atm!) I'll be pleased and will order different colours.

Very disappointing experience with OPUL…
Very disappointing experience with OPUL Nails.
I followed the application instructions carefully, yet the nails started coming off within the same day — hardly the long-lasting wear I expected.
I contacted OPUL for a refund, but despite explaining that this was a product-performance issue, I was simply told I was outside their 30-day trial period.
I understand having a returns policy, but I find it disappointing that there was no willingness to address the fact that the product failed so quickly.
I really wanted to love these nails, but unfortunately it’s a disappointing product and an even more disappointing response from customer service.

If the nails came off within the same day, I completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when you were hoping for long-lasting wear. While hold can depend on nail prep, sizing, pressure and avoiding water shortly after application, we never want a customer to feel dismissed when something has not worked as expected.

Disappointing quality and expected to pay to return
Unfortunately, I’m really disappointed with my experience with Opul Nails.
The nails I received were poor quality and not what I expected, so I contacted the company to arrange a return. Despite the reason for returning them being the quality of the product, I am being expected to cover the return postage myself.
I don’t feel customers should be left out of pocket returning an item when the issue is with the quality rather than simply changing their mind.
I have now requested a prepaid returns label and a full refund and hope Opul Nails will resolve this fairly.
It’s a shame because I was looking forward to using these, but based on the quality I received and the returns experience so far, I’ve been left disappointed.
I’ll update my review depending on how the company handles my return and refund.

Really impressed with these
Really impressed with these. I felt confident wearing these and got lots of nice comments about them. I ordered the new sticky tabs but in the end forgot to use them and just used the ones that came with the sets, but they still lasted two weeks without any problems and probably would have gone on longer had I not decided to remove them to check how my own nails were doing. No damage at all and easy to remove. I look forward to trying other colours.

I have been really impressed with the…
I have been really impressed with the Opul Nail toe nail sets. I had lost a bit of a toe nail hiking and was feeling really self conscious about wearing sandals to a wedding so I thought I would give these a try. I can’t believe how easy they are to put on and how long they say on. After nearly 2 weeks I had to take them off! Getting them off is really simple and left no damage to my nails like glue tends to. I confess I did also buy some cheap ones on Amazon to compare and I couldn’t believe how bad they were compared to Opul nails. Definitely one that’s worth spending the extra money on.

Ordered my 1st set of French manicure…
Ordered my 1st set of French manicure nails and when they came I put off putting them on as I thought it would take a while to do. I was wrong ! It took me 20 minutes. They lasted well the white nail tip stayed intact for the 3 weeks that I wore them. There were a couple that fell off in the 2st couple of days but that was my fault for not using the correct size stickers.
I’ve been so impressed with them that I have bought another two sets. It’s saving me a fortune as I used to go to a beauty salon every 3 weeks to get new nails costing £45 each time
I would definitely recommend this company and these nails to anyone

I’m a repeat customer of Opul nails
I’m a repeat customer of Opul nails. I find the quality of the nails to be outstanding. I used to do my own gel nails with a uv light. I became wary of using that and looked for an alternative. I am a cautious person but once I find something that works well I commit to the brand. If there is a problem then I also say. I now have 17 sets of nails. Over the time of building up my sets, I have contacted customer services. They have always been efficient and have been great to deal with. My minor problems have been sorted quickly. The glue pads are strong but they do not ruin my natural nails. My nails often stay on for a fortnight to three weeks. I do my usual household chores and gardening. The stickability is truly impressive. I have just started using their cuticle oil and it’s made a difference to how my fingers look. The delivery time is about three weeks, which is the biggest drawback, but once you have them they are reusable. I try to plan ahead and order the ones I like in well in advance. I highly recommend Opul nails.

Nails looked nice in the presentation box but apart from that once put the nails on they came off just as quick the glue patches was not strong enough to hold them on and delivery took longer than stated... Had high hopes after watching all the videos

Lasted 3 hours
So annoyed I fell for all the good reviews and believed the Facebook advert. I washed my hands, buffed the nail bed used alcoholic wipes etc and put the nails on using the adhesive gel strips at 10.30am this morning. By 1.40pm six nails had come off so just removed the other four. The nails I bought were French chic and were plastic and very cheap looking. Can’t believe I fell for it disappointed I fell for the reviews.

If six nails came off within just a few hours, that is definitely not the result we want you to have. Even with good preparation, adhesion can sometimes be affected by sizing, pressure during application, the adhesive not fully bonding, or the nails being exposed to water or pressure too soon after application.
That said, I understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after following the steps carefully.
Regarding the material, our nails are made from soft gel and are designed to feel lightweight while still giving a salon-style finish once applied. I’m sorry that the Chic French set did not meet your expectations.
