very bad customers service

I'm very disappointed about the service. I bought an Opussima scalp massage and i received a Tracking number but after 3 days of my purchase, i become an Email that the item couldn't be delivered( yeah it was strange that only after 3 days they could deliver the item because the item is supposed to come from USA and on the website is the shipping duration about 7-15 days). My address wasn't false and my name is on the bell doors, i received many Packages on the same week without problem but despite of this the item is returned to the shippers. I contacted the customers service but they didn't propose any solution and no refund. I didn't become the Item and they didn't refund me even if they received the returned item. I saw that many customers have the same Problem as me. So i don't suggest anyone this Mark. BE AWARE

Oil hardly distributes and painful

Oil hardly distributes and metal nodes feel like spikes on scalp. I’m better off using my fingers since it’ll distribute and massage oil better in my scalp than this flimsy overpriced machine.
