I like their trim however I recently…
I like their trim however I recently ordered the trim with 3 adhesive products, 2 of them were completely dried out and unusable. Had to substitute with a product from Home Depot since I can’t wait 2 weeks for replacements that may or may not be dried out. I hope it holds up.

Great product and customer service
I recently purchased a number of coving panels from Orac - I was a little nervous about this as they were not the plaster based versions that you traditionally get and worked out to be more expensive, however, having read the disadvantages of plaster coving I decided this was a better alternative. I would add that the handyman I used to install them was equally concerned as he'd never cut or fitted a product like this! Neither of us should have worried though - the panels arrived and the first thing we noticed were how lightweight they were. Cutting and fitting was also far easier than plaster based coving. My handyman got on so well with them, he's now going to recommend these to his future customers!
Not only was I happy with the product, but I was extremely happy with the service provided... from the advice given to me on what adhesives I'd need to the speed of delivery. The icing on the cake for me was when I realised I had incorrectly measured how many panels I needed (or perhaps my handyman had made some mistakes that he hid away!) and I had to call for a replacement panel. The team were very helpful and ensured they shipped this to me quickly. Unfortunately, this panel was broken in transit due to a careless courier, however, the Orac team quickly resolved this for me and today I've received my undamaged replacement. I've spoken with a number of people over various calls and I've found each one to be pleasant and helpful. I really can't fault this company and I will be using them again in the future (as I have plenty of rooms still to decorate!)
