The bunion corrector fits perfectly and doesn’t feel awkward at all. I’ve had issues with similar products before but this one is comfortable. Wish sizing guide was clearer.

SCAM - DO NOT BUY!!!

SCAM - don’t buy!!!
Bought some lights for £147 from an attractive website which led me to believe it was UK. Junk dangerous lights i received in a few days so must be sent from a UK warehouse but money is paid to China. Took me 2 months and at least 15 e mails to get a 60% refund and keep the items. They kept asking me to send the product back this is the address given :

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. Honestly one of the worst companies I have dealt with.

The product was expensive junk (set of lights) that didn't meet the spec. Customer service were just as bad. They have a UK based number which I tried to ring numerous times and was never answered or messages / emails returned.

I eventually got a 50% refund and to keep the product which are just going in the bin they are that bad. They wouldn't give me a full refund without receiving the product back. I had to send it to China so just wasn't worth my while.

Just AVOID. Truly , truly awful

I ordered a Oraliu Neuro corrective…

I ordered a Oraliu Neuro corrective therapy small machine from the company. I have tried on numerous occasions to request a refund and the company have asked for the order number which I put in the relevant information in all emails sent to the company, they have then requested a photograph of the product (which has not been used and is still in its original packaging) they have then stated they need more information? sent the same info numerous times. They have today offered me only a 30% refund of the goods purchased. Please do not buy from this company as they will try to wear you down with numerous requests for information so they can prolong the refund process. On the companies website it clearly states that they will refund goods within the 30 day period as long as the goods have not been used and is in its original packaging. I have met the above conditions yet they have still not issued me a refund. This company is short changing elderly people and it is not ok

PatelPop Wall Lights

I ordered the PatelPop wall lights which had 5* reviews (real reviews?) The wrong items were delivered - with no pull chords so we couldn't use them in our bathroom. Trying to return the items has proved incredibly difficult as they are based in China not the UK. We are currently negotiating a refund. I will write a review again once a refund is agreed. I would not buy from this company as the return process is too difficult. The UK office needs to be able to take back returns for dissatisfied customers who want to return items particularly when the wrong items are sent.

Do not buy from this "company"

I bought a tote bag that was described as leather. It is faux leather so I emailed them asking for refund. They also offered me 40% refund and no return, I refused and have asked for return lable I am still waiting. I wish I had read reviews as this seems to be the norm. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT BUY - SCAM BASED IN CHINA

I bought a cat grooming brush which costs half the price on Amazon as being misled by their fake reviews on Facebook where they are advertising the product - the product which took quite a while to arrive. When it was finally delivered it came with no box, no instructions on how to use and it simply did not work. I sent an email to their customer support (please be aware on the mobile number on Oraliu contact support page nobody is picking up) and after numerous back and forth while I am being asked for photos and videos of the product, which I provided, they are offering a 40% refund to keep a product which does not work (What?) or are asking me to send the product in China at my expenses - What? but I am no returning the product as I changed my mind, I want to return the product as Oraliu have sent me a non functional item - this is a scam so AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs

The product purchased was not as advertised at any level. It’s been refunded at last. I would like to return it as it’s of no use to me. Anyway. It’s all been a real bore.

Do not buy from this company

I bought a crossover bag for my husband. The stitching was caught so one pocket couldn’t be used but we were on holiday when he opened it. Then the strap broke.
Despite endless promises of another being ‘prepared for despatch’ we have now waited a week for despatch . Clearly they have no intention of replacing this faulty item.
Having read the reviews I agree

This Company is Not What it Says it is!

I ordered what was supposed to be a neck and shoulder support pillow. This company says that it’s British but is actually Chinese. The pillow finally came after a long wait and the quality is horrendous. I have tried to contact them to get my money back but nobody is answering the phone. I have messaged them on their contact email but nothing yet! The inside of the pillow is not memory foam but just cheap filling material. They do not give you your delivery money back either so you will definitely be out of pocket!

Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful! Do not buy from this company. Pictures on their website are AI fake and the artificial Boston fern I received was a fraction of the size. It was laughable. I actually thought what they’d sent was a joke or a mistake. They even admitted this. It bore absolutely no relation to their pictures and web page - which sadly still exist and pop up on a google search today.
I eventually negotiated a 60% discount without sending it back. (To start with they only offered 30% but I was persistent) In order to get a full refund they eventually give a very strange Chinese address to which you have to post the item tracked. I decided to cut my losses and accepted the 60%.
Also id say ALL the 5* reviews are fake on their website for sure. I didn’t pay much attention when I made the purchase but in hindsight now they are clearly fake.
Please don’t buy from them! They give the internet a bad name and because they have no social media and are actually based in China they just don’t care once they have your money. Shocking. Should be shut down or regulated in some way.

There was a small fault in the foot massager I ordered. I contacted the company sending a photo, they got back to me the same day, apoligised and sent me another one. Fantastic service, if only all companies were this good. Thank you so much.

I found the website clear and easy to use, the Oraliu foot massager Oraliu neuro corrective therapy I ordered was the same as in the pictures, which isn't always the case with some sites, the item came on time and so was genuinely happy.

I had no idea when ordering a pair of "heated" gloves from the company that it would not be possible to return them as the cost would be a vast amount to a very complicated address in China! They appeared to be based in the UK. The item description was inaccurate and they are too tight. I was in correspondence with someone and after much bargaining they agreed to give me 45% refund and keep the gloves which are of no use to me. As the cost was £29.99, I accepted their gesture as had had enough by then. A warning to others - do not buy from them.
