Product took for ever to arrive. Says 30day satisfaction guarantee and didn’t receive the product till 28 days into the said 30days. The company charged me for multiple extra orders even after I cancelled.

Ordered it 3 months ago and haven't received it yet.

This company charged my credit card 4x more than I agreed to pay in a second charge. I asked for a refund and what it was for. The response was for a subscription and that it could not be canceled once charged. I asked what I would receive from this subscription and got not response

It's been several weeks since I put this order in and I still haven't received a damn thing from it

Have not even received product after 4 weeks! Submitted cancellation and refund several times but this company just does not want to cancel and refund, even after NOT even received product! Do NOT order from this company. At this point I think it is a fake company. I’m about to take legal action for a refund

I did not receive the product, and was charge 123.66 canadien dollar on my crédit card.

This is my 2nd ornament. I plan on getting one each year for my grandson. He is 6 now so I’m hoping to have some more with older children in them not just babies! They are wonderful!!

Didn’t get my product

I loved this ornament who I had my grandsons and myself put on there so they could put on their tree and remember me forever. I loved the quality. My only thing was it took soooo long to get here.
But happy with the product
