I only received one of the 4 items and nobody replies whether the others are coming or if I'll have my money back.

Purchased as a gift for a man who lost a step father. Your product didn't disappoint. Would consider such ornaments other times of the year. Maybe offer other seasons as well as winter themed.

Didn’t receive anything from them. Bought three bottles from them ending last year and I have message them so many times about it and nothing yet no help at all. They never refund me my money or send me my item wouldn’t recommend them to no one bad business then I had to close my card cause they kept trying to take out money from my account with out asking

Ordered the trial item which I never received and then they take a further £36 pounds out off the account even without receiving anything from them. I would stay away from this company as I believe it to be a big con.

Nothing arrived
Nothing arrived. No tracking information. I escalated the issue with PayPal and suddenly received a tracking number. Despite the order being placed a over two weeks ago, package has not moved. Not expecting anything to arrive.

I never received any product. They charged my account and refused to give me a refund. Awful treatment avd a fraud issue. They took my money and gave me nothing. They could not provide a tracking number.
