Trustpilot has requested more information from you, but you have not been able to share anything with us and we can’t identify you as a customer of ours.

Firstly, none of our products have side effects which leading food regulators and agencies all around the world agree with and consider them all perfectly safe for daily use.

On rare occasions, just like with any food or supplement, they may not agree with someone due to us all having individual and personal sensitivities. These can come and go depend on our circumstances.

Yes we have a generous 30-day guarantee. For anyone with an experience such as the one you’ve described, we always offer full refunds or free product replacements by the choice of our customer.

Our 30-day guarantee works perfectly well, is very fair and totally simple to understand:

• If anyone has a poor experience we offer a full refund or free product replacement as mentioned above. No return is required in these cases.

• If someone wishes to return a non-opened product, we can also offer a refund upon return.

• If someone has opened the product and wants to make a return for general reasons, unlike most commercial businesses, we still offer you store credit so you can try another product on us.

Imagine you purchased a clothing item, ripped it and then wanted to make a return. It would not be accepted of course. But in our case, even though the product needs to be discarded, we still offer you credit.

Our goal is for our Bursters to get benefits and results, not to simply make a sale.

To feel dizzy and have headaches from just 1 tablet, which is only a quarter of a serving size, spaced out days apart, would imply something very personal to your system’s sensitivity.

I personally go for stretches at a time of taking 20+ Chlorella Tablets daily with wonderful results. We recommend to start with the daily serving of 4 tablets daily of course but this is to illustrate that 1 tablet is a very small serving.

Apologies for the late response here as I’ve not been aware of Trustpilot until now.

I’ve investigated everything with my team, and I’ve gone through all the past communication you’ve had with us, as well as the orders that you’ve placed.

I must say that this is a very unfair review. I’m also surprised as the messages you exchanged with us were overall positive.

I can see from our system that you started using Chlorella in September 2023 and indeed subsequently placed 2 more top-up orders for Chlorella, using it for about 5 months.

The negative effects you’ve described are not associated with Chlorella as my colleagues explained. It can’t cause anxiety and chest related issues as it simply doesn’t have any compounds in it that can do this. It certainly has no negative effect on the heart.

As per scientific research and food standards agencies, Chlorella does not have any side effects. There are millions of people happily benefiting from chlorella around the world with no problems.

Also, as you’ve used it for 5 months with only positive effects, it wouldn’t suddenly switch to give such negative effects after such a long period of use. This was something my colleagues also had explained.

I noted from the communication that you were taking other supplements at the same time, and I would recommend reviewing those in case these effects were from something else you were having at the time. You said you were using B12 and high doses of B12 can bring about similar symptoms to what you have described.

All in all, it seems there was something else happening, and sadly you attributed it to Chlorella.

Regarding your issue on Facebook, which seems to be what caused you to leave this review. Firstly, you’ve never been banned - I’ve just checked and you’re not on the ban list. However, you actually banned us. This is why you were not able to engage further with us and our team was even trying to reach out to you but was unable to, because you’re the one that banned us. This is how Facebook works.

The vanishing comment you’re referring to was a reply you made to a thread from another person. That person decided to delete their original comment, which automatically removes all the replies associated with it.

We don’t delete comments unless they are rude and offensive, and we answer every comment. We didn’t delete your comment.

Yes, many kids use Chlorella happily and with great benefit. We do not recommend it for children under 3 as they have specific dietary requirements (unless recommended by your family health practitioner), and those under 10 should have half the recommended serving size.

As always, we recommend you seek personalised advice from your health practitioner and paediatrician before commencing any new supplements.

Firstly, apologies for the long delay in responding here, we have only recently started using Trustpilot and we are now replying to old reviews that we were not aware of at the time.

I’m sorry to hear that you experienced those effects, this can sometimes be from an individual sensitivity to a particular food, or they could have been detox effects, which are usually very mild and resolve quickly.

In these rare cases, we usually encourage our Bursters to stop taking, or halve their serving size.

I’ve reviewed the communication you had with Emily and I can see that she has been very kind, helpful and has issued you a full refund already.

There seem to be a few inconsistencies with your experience. You have repeated that we state these as side effects on our website, but as Emily had explained, you are looking at a generic Google description, and not our website. The screenshot you sent us is of a Google auto-generated description from the Google search page and not from our website.

We do not have such incorrect information on our website. As we have already explained, Spirulina does not have side effects which is supported by published scientific literature and food regulators across countries are in agreement.

Equally we do not claim that Spirulina reduces cholesterol, and would never expect any of our customers to be vomiting up their food – we only wish to help our Bursters feel amazing! The health benefits we list on our website for each individual product are all grounded in scientific studies and we state where and when they were published.

We have only recently become aware of Trustpilot reviews, hence the late response. But we would now like to help. If you had contacted our team to explain your reaction and which of our prodcuts you bought, we would of course have been able to deal with this directly. Just pop us an email with your order number if you would like our support now.

I have to say, these are psychological effects that we have never come across before and none of our Bursts will ‘mess up your hormones in the wrong way’. Our Maca, which has the biggest impact on hormones, is an adaptogen, meaning it helps the body restore natural balance and does not contain any external hormones. It is a whole, natural food and we have a rigorous testing process that means it is free from any contaminants.

We receive thousands of positive reviews from our Bursters who are thrilled with their results when taking our Maca. For instance, their stress levels reduce, periods normalise, breakouts clear up and mood improves.

The vague nature of the review (not specifying which product) and the fact that Trustpilot has contacted you to request further information with no response, leads us to wonder whether this is actually genuine and at the very least it feels unfair when we would have immediately helped you had you contacted us in the first instance. Several negative reviews here appear to have been planted by a competitor, which really saddens us.
