Packaging excellent/delivery prompt and well informative. Cannot recommend highly enough!! I do not purchase from supermarkets any longer...apart from Ocado on offer...as I need a rapid joint!

The website is very user friendly. It was clear what the cost of everything was, there was considerable choice. The delivery is very reasonable, you can pick which day you'd like. They happily left it in the parcel box, which was great and the meat itself is so full of flavour

Great quality meat and good value for money. Delivery was quick and the food was well packaged. Will definitely continue to order from the Organic Butchery instead of giving my money to the greedy supermarkets!

I have tried a few online butchers and these are by far the best! Better meat, better options, better website and rewards schemes. I order all my meat from here as I know it is quality.

Outstandingly delicious lamb
Ordered a leg of lamb (and a half leg) for our big family Easter Sunday meal , plus the apricot & thyme glaze. The lamb was so delicately flavoured and incredibly tender- the glaze complemented it perfectly.
It was the best lamb I have ever eaten (and I’m a lamb-lover). Truly stunning - can’t recommend it enough.
On the down side, it was so delicious that there were no leftovers! Two very disappointed dogs!

Great stuff
All the meat I have had has been excellent quality so far. Steaks, sausages, pork belly, bacon, all good. They do cuts I can’t seem to get elsewhere as well such as Ox cheek.

Poor communication, poor delivery
Delivery wasn’t made so had to reorder for delivery in 10 days, after Easter. Was our first order, first impression not good.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m so sorry to hear that your order did not arrive on time. We did dispatch your parcel to arrive as scheduled, so it’s very disappointing that the delivery partner has let you down on this occasion.
We always do our very best to ensure parcels are delivered promptly; however, we’re not always made aware of any delays, as delivery updates are sent directly from the courier to our customers.
As your delivery address is in Scotland, some postcodes can take up to two days due to the distance travelled. That said, we completely understand how frustrating delays can be.
To put this right for you, a new parcel has been sent out for delivery this week following the bank holiday weekend. We really hope it reaches you promptly and that you thoroughly enjoy the produce when it arrives.
If there’s anything further we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Good range of delicious organic meat
Good range of organic meat at a reasonable price. The portions and cut of the joints are just right for two of us. The pork leg was delicious. The rest of the box is in the freezer. Good prompt service and very informative emails with recipes and information about the farmers and butchers.
