I placed an order over a month ago and they charged me for expesss shipping and no news from them and still says under processing.

I’m from Germany and I’ve ordered a T-Shirt and after a few days it was already shipped.
I also needed some help with the right size and the customer service was very friendly and they answered immediately.
I will definitely buy something there again.

We love our shirts!! There was a slight delay and mix up at the beginning but Orianna took care of everything and we’re enjoying our shirts immensely.

I reached out to the customer service department to let them know I had received a t-shirt vs the sweatshirt that I had ordered. They responded immediately, and apologized and rectified the issue within days! I received my sweatshirt (Loved it!!) and they had me keep the t-shirt for my trouble. Will ABSOLUTELY be ordering from them again!!! Thank you all so much for taking the time to assist and for being so incredibly helpful, stellar service and product!!!!!

I recently bought a replica of a vintage ABBA t-shirt on 06th Feb. I did have to contact the company after a week because when I looked at the tracking it had only noted that the order had been received and was being processed.

I was worried that I had been scammed after coming on here after making the purchase and seeing the negative reviews. My email was responded to the next day and was very helpful. A couple of days later my order was dispatched and I got a tracking number for Evri, I was anticipating that the delivery would be slow due to the fact that it is a US store and I am buying from the UK, however I was very surprised at how quickly it arrived!

My t-shirt it great quality, the only reason that I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I ordered a size L (i'm normally a M but wanted a more oversized look) and when I looked at the top when it arrived it was an XL instead. This is no issue for me as the top is big enough for me to tie it or wear it as a t-shirt dress.

Don't be put off by the other negative reviews.

Overall very happy and can't wait to wear it. Would not hesitate to use this company again!

I ordered the shirt on Nov. 30th. Received a confirmation email immediately. Have not heard anything since then. My order shows still processing.

I saw a t-shirt on TV and was able to track it down to Oribubble. I was quite surprised by the price because, compared to some, it was very reasonable. I saw on Trustpilot that it had just one negative review, but I wasn't gonna take just one as a fair representation.
Anyway, I ordered my t-shirt and it arrived today just as requested, and within the delivery time window. I'm wearing it now. Right size. Good quality t-shirt. Top quality transfer.
I'm impressed with Oribubble (such a cool name) and I'll be buying from them in the future 😉👍🏼.

Ordered beginning of June. Was supposedly shipped. Order never arrived. Contacted company and they claimed they would send again with new tracking information. Never received tracking info nor shirts ordered. Was offered a refund that I’m still waiting on two weeks later.
