OG Aesthetics Transformations Avis 

This program and the protocol that you follow is great! Being older( 63), my metabolism has slowed and I have been looking for a program to counteract this without having to rely on drugs. I have lost weight and at the same time maintained and even increased my muscle mass. If you truly want to transform yourself then this program is the best way to do it! 👍👍👍

I have been working with Coach Kevin Chang and OG Aesthetics for about 6 months now. Very happy with my results so far and looking forward to continued success. The best part about working with Kevin and OG Aesthetics is you can tell how much he truly cares about his clients. He is available almost 24/7 (obviously he has to sleep sometimes). I have sent messages to him many times and always get a response with in 12 hours and often times earlier. He is always ready to help and make sure you as a client are happy and making the progress you want.

He also goes beyond just physical fitness and focuses on mental health with talks on mindset routines. Nutrition is also part of the plan but he doesn’t force his viewpoints on you but instead works and supports you whether traditional diet, keto, carnivore, etc.

With the video instruction and Q&A sessions there are plenty of opportunities to learn, interact and ask questions to help you and other members grow. Community and member support is great as well.

Money well spent for a great coach, a well rounded program that makes you not just better looking with your shirt off, but just a better more well rounded person. Would highly recommend joining the group.

After struggling with my weight for years, I'd found some success with a combination of keto, fasting, and working out with the X3 bar, but I was still far from my goal of getting shredded and was backsliding for several months. That's when I joined the Original Gainstas Aesthetic Academy. Kevin helped me build a solid training routine, optimize my supplements and nutrition, and provided me with the tools to keep everything consistent. Coach Kevin is an expert in his field and great to work with. His protocol works, he motivates you, and I lost 62 lbs while building muscle.

Kevin's program is the best thing I've ever done for my fitness, health and appearance. After 32 years of lifting weights, running and eating what I thought were healthy foods, I never looked the way I thought I should for all the effort I was putting in to fitness. After joining the program and completing a simple questionnaire on my goals, workout routine, eating habits and supplement routine, I was told straight up what I was doing wrong and what I needed to change to accomplish my fitness goals and was put on a succinct and definitive path to do that. Within 2 weeks of starting, I began seeing differences in the mirror and began noticing changes literally daily (and still do after 6 months). The program is simple. You just have to do what Kevin tells you to do. Doing that isn't always easy, but he is there 24/7 to make adjustments along the way and ease you into both the proper eating habits and workout routine, optimizing both by timing, proper caloric intake and micronutrients to balance your hormones, which I paid no attention to in my past fitness life. As a result, I've made more improvements to my physique in the past 6 months than I had the past 32 years. Leaner, more muscular, more vascular, happier, you name it, Kevin has made it better.

This program gave me increased confidence and the knowledge to continue living a healthy lifestyle. I'm looking and feeling better because of this program. I would recommend this to my friends who want to improve their health, wellness, and physique! The protocol encouraged me to compete in my first body building show which was a lifelong dream.
