I ordered from them over a month ago with no response. They have no phone number and am now trying to get my money back via my bank.

I ordered from them over a month ago and have emailed multiple times about my order with no response. Now I have lost money and there is no phone number to get ahold of them. Do not order from them.

Ordered 10 60mg vials and they shipped 10 10mg vials. Have left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails with no response. Something is going on with this company.

Customer support has been great, too — they respond quickly and don’t give generic answers. You can tell they actually care about helping you.

Complete rip off, stole $600 from me and now will not respond to any emails!!! BEWARE

Communication is not great, the product didn't match similar company in quality or price. Shipping takes forever.

Haven’t tried the product yet (the email responder was really hush hush about the ratio of dilute to solvent so that I could start my weekly injections tomorrow-said the products are only for education?
I may have scared her DELIVERY SUPER FAST over the 4th of July!

Website says it ships in 3-4 business days, but it took 2 weeks for the post office to even receive the item.
