Bad business

My 17 year old son went into the store at 326 canal street to purchase a pair of pants he was not informed that he could not return or exchange his item. After he purchased his pant the receipt said no return or exchange. I think they should let people know before they pay all of this money for clothing. Their should be signs all over the store to let customers know.

At Origins NYC, we specialize in luxury and collectible designer goods, and maintaining the pristine quality and value of our products is paramount. Due to the unique nature of our inventory, we have a strict no-return policy that is clearly communicated throughout our store. We have multiple signs displayed in various sections, and the policy is also printed on every receipt to ensure that all customers are fully aware before making a purchase.

We understand that this can be a significant policy, but it is necessary to protect the integrity and value of the high-fashion brands we offer. As you mentioned, the receipt your son received did indicate the no-return/exchange policy, which is in place to prevent any depreciation of our luxury items through potential use.

We do take back items if they are defective, as customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us. However, in cases where the product is not defective and has simply resulted in buyer’s remorse, we adhere to our established policy to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers.

Inaccurate measurements

purchased a bag based on the measurements, they were pretty well off, cant return the bag so I now have to try and resell...probably wouldn't shop online with this store again.

I think what David Holley was talking…

I think what David Holley was talking about is Originsnyco, which is just one letter off of the legitimate site. It's a scam. They recruit u online like a job and get you on WhatsApp so they can fool u into putting your own money into their account. I haven't fallen for it. Just wish there was a way to get these people caught. They're using WhatsApp because that way all is erased. Well, guess what? I've screen shot all the conversations. So if anyone knows which way I could go to get these predators off line and keep them from fooling people that are just wanting to work please let me know.

Thieves at work

I was working for them and asked me to use my own money to fund their account they stole 75 dollars from me and attempted to steal another 337 dollars following day they are a company full of crooks thanks DAVID HOLLEY
