Still haven't received my order from 13/11/22, even though I have been asked to place a review. I have contacted customer services twice now and still haven't received a reply. Not impressed!

The Scence deodorants I bought as a repeat purchase for my daughter were a big hit, she says they are the best. Service and delivery from Origins of Beauty great no problems.

What I love about Origins Of Beauty is the knowledge that every product on the website for me to purchase has been strictly selected as a product from a company that is ethical organic vegan and earth friendly. I don’t have to worry about researching the products because that’s already been done for me.

Easy enough to buy and product was fine upon delivery. I payed for 1st class and it took longer than 2nd class so I personally wouldn't bother with the extra for delivery again.

The item was ordered weeks ago and has yet to arrive!

Came super fast and in great quality, I also liked the personal touch of the handwritten card you get with it too.

I placed my order 13 days ago and I still haven’t received it. I contacted the team via email twice to request a refund and they have asked me to wait another day for delivery, knowing that day was a bank holiday and there wouldn’t be any post. They aren’t able to provide me with a tracking number and haven’t dispatched the item themselves but got a third party to send it. I’m now missing nearly £20 and being asked to wait longer for a resolution

Scent is heavenly and very concentrated so a little goes a long way

Great service and fast delivery. Wanted to purchase ilapothecary 27 room spray every one who stocked it was out of stock. Apart from Origins of Beauty and had a discount for 1st purchase
