GOOD DAY 

Vials arrived with no packing slip, no invoice, just the vials with cheap paper sticker paper on them and the writing worn off in areas. There's absolutely no lot numbers or any type of tracking or identifying info. Its ridiculous they can claim purity testing when the product has no link to that testing. I have no idea what product is in the vials, it's completely unusable. I've emailed them several times but get no response however they are bombarding me with the generic after sale survey email. There's no contact number and no recourse. AVOID this company.

I was completely ignored when I requested the laboratory test results. The products were delivered without any batch numbers or traceability information whatsoever, which is completely unacceptable. As soon as I asked for the missing documentation, they stopped responding to my emails altogether. This behaviour raises serious concerns about the quality, compliance, and transparency of your products.

I recieved only half of my order. I paid for three 20mg vials and recieved three 10mg vials. In addition, one vial was labeled ML rather than MG which is a bit troubling.
I have reached out via email and phone but so far no response to phone message and the email was not deliverable.
I am hoping this half order was an honest mistake and that the order i paid for will be filled.
Until/unless Orion corrects this I must rate them less than one and advise others to beware of ordering from Orion.

I've place 3 orders with Orion and the delivery/order process has been very professional and I've received everything promptly despite living on the other side of the US. The quality of their products is better than what I received from a competitor. I'm very pleased and will recommend them to my friends and relatives. Also their prices are EXCELLENT.

Initial communication has been great and looked as a good service. Did my first order, they claim it is shipped but USPS still waiting them to submit it, so after 10 days, no shipment and reaction to chat.
Sadly, this turned to be scam.

Not sure about trusting this pharmacy I’ve been waiting to receive my 31 gauge syringes for over two months now… prices fluctuate more than gas lately and I’ve never once received instructions for mixing or dose guidance. I get quick responses to make the first few purchases then after the purchase I hear nothing back for other questions that aren’t purchase related and now after purchases now I get ghosted constantly for days and days and everything I need it suddenly “out of stock” I’ve since switched to a better company and get the same medications for nearly half the cost and same quality. Do you research is all I’m going to say…

Update: I am updating this review from 1 star to 5 as the company did eventually contact me, refund my money, and sent me two free peptides as an apology. Aside from the kinks of being a newer business I have to say I am pleased with their peptide quality. Also, communication has been prompt since my issue was resolved. My personal opinion is that they may have been overwhelmed with new orders and emails which caused the problems -- but I do not know. If you are looking for a new peptide company I would give them a try. The best way to reach out to them is through their website BTW.

I will never use them again. I was hoping they would be a good replacement to Peptide Sciences. First order went well. After that it was downhill. My next order was never shipped. They promised coupons and refunds but I had to chase them down to no avail and eventually go to my bank to get them to refund. I'm guessing they use AI instead of employees to respond because every response had a different name. I would be very leery of this company.

My order was lost in the mail. I reached out and talked to Gary Perez who agreed to resend my order. This is an honest company and I will be doing business with them again. Thank you for making it right.
