The DUOQIN F25 you ordered is a keypad-style smartphone, designed especially for easy use. That’s why it works a little differently from a full touchscreen phone:

The physical keyboard (below the screen) is mainly for typing letters and numbers, just like a traditional keypad phone.

The on-screen keyboard you see is number-only by default. This is normal and part of the phone’s design.

For most text input (messages, search, contacts), the phone is intended to be used with the physical keypad, not a full on-screen QWERTY keyboard.

Even though it runs Android 14, the DUOQIN F25 keeps a simple, elder-friendly input system, so it does not always display a full on-screen letter keyboard like regular smartphones.

If you’d like, you can try:

Opening Settings > Language & Input

Checking available input methods

Selecting a different keyboard (if supported)

Please note that due to the compact screen and keypad-focused design, full touchscreen typing may still be limited.

Oriwhiz shipped the wrong part to me. Then told me if I want a refund, I’d be responsible for return shipping to China. Which would cost more than the item itself. I will not be purchasing from them ever again.

No nxtpaper finish on screen

Screen was not the right one, no nxtpaper finish just a normal screen :( (edit) they refunded me and were apologetic about it
