Worst brand, worst service, worst people, worst products. False claims, false bookings.
They booked earrings for me may be 5-6 months back, only to get good reviews here. And guess what, the order was booked by Manik Bhola himself. Never delivered the product, never taken the calls , never replied. Acting like the bill never existed . The bill is sent on the mail but no delivery yet . Pathetic!!

Fraud company! My sister bought a ring for them and still she is waiting for her refund. she wanted to return it it was promised that the entire amount will get refunded but the mental torture that she hd to go through was too much. very bad experience!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!! WILL NOT RECOMMENDED THIS TO ANYONE!! and they dont pick a call also.

Initially they promised that the ring will be delivered by Nov 3rd 2024 and as our anniversary was on 9th Nov 2024 we kept waiting for it and finally they delivered it on 17th Nov and that to after sending the original ring much smaller than the sample ring. Not only the band of the ring was thinner but the solitaire diamond was also considerable smaller than the sample ring.

That is not all, the most shocking part is that they sent a damaged ring where one of the stone came off,this is pure cheating on their part. Minimum quality check if they are unable to undertake the not sure how they are claiming their rings are the best.

My experience was the worst ever. They took all the money, and no updates. Delayed delivery by over 3 months and we still haven’t received our product. Ordered for a gift and we are stuck. They so not respond to emails and give no updates. Have asked for refund but they do not entertain that either. It was a lot of money down the drain for us.

The buying experience was good, but when i returned (buy back) my ring, i was told that payment will be done in 4 weeks, that was illogical to me because any kind of bank transfer takes 2-3 days but anyway i agreed because it was supposed to cover all the unknown circumstances in these 4 weeks, but its been 46 days i am texting for my money and im just getting "dates" for payment. I am really pissed as the amount is under 1 lakh and i dont know why this negligence is happening. I used to reccomend this brand to my friends and family now I will not as this is really dissappointing and irritating, texting every now and then for my own money. The management is really bad, as the sales team is only your contact point, there is no number where you can contact directly for your refund or anything. The company number doesnt work so yeah, think wisely and decide if you really want this headache.

Dont purchase from them while selling they will tell you how your diamond value will appreciate etc. and you thinking it is same as any other company as bluestone or Malabar there value will increase.
But noo when you go for return they will say their diamond value has depreciated and give you random reasons. I have all the screenshot and will be moving to consumer forum.
Anyways my question is why would you purchase your jewellery from a place that gives no appreciation instead their value decreases.

I worked at Ornaz for over 2 months, and my experience was overwhelmingly negative. The company consistently failed to treat its employees with respect and fairness.

*Late Salaries*- Ornaz repeatedly failed to pay salaries on time, leaving employees struggling to make ends meet. I'm still owed an outstanding salary for over 110 days, with no clear indication of when I'll receive it. I have been sending constant emails and they have not replied to any.

*No Job Security*- The company has no qualms about firing employees without concern or notice, leaving you vulnerable and uncertain about your future.

Ornaz shows a blatant disregard for contractual agreements, making it clear that they prioritize their own interests over their commitments to employees.

The lack of respect and fairness creates a toxic work environment, making it difficult for employees to perform their best work.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against working at Ornaz. The company's priorities are clearly not aligned with treating employees with dignity and respect. Save yourself the stress and uncertainty – explore other opportunities where you'll be valued and respected.

The buying experience was good . But once the ring was bought with promised 15 days delivery, the ring is not made even after more than 2 months, and they are still delaying more and I don't even know if and when I will get my ring. But because they have taken advance payment, I can't do anything but wait. Over all extremely poor operations and management. Worst experience so far.

The buying experience was good . But once the ring was bought Shailendra Singh and his manager Mudit didn’t provide proper delivery timeline . With promised 15 days delivery , the ring was made after 1.5 months . And was delivered even later . They pushed production of my ring for their valentine clinets without informing me . They had hard time finding a tracking number for the ring once dispatched . Over all extremely poor operations and management . Worst experience so far
