Fitted us in within a few days and the job has been completed today with absolutely no issues.

Left the guys to it today whilst I have been out and they just cracked on.
All mess tidied up and rubbish / old boiler removed too.

This was our first annual service - and under the service plan by Orrel Heating and Plumbing - all easily arranged via email and reminders sent by them - attended within the times stated - more than happy with everything and emailed certs to prove for any service claims in future etc provided. No fuss and the service engineer explained everything and was bright and helpful - thank you Jordan - for explaining everything

The team couldn’t be more helpful.
The initial visit provided us with options and things to consider based on their advice and experience. We also received professional drawings which had been designed to show what we wanted which was good to see.

Once we confirmed what we wanted, each bathroom (2 en-suites and downstairs toilet) had a paper file in for the team to work from when fitting which we thought was a professional touch and showed how organised they were.

The team were happy for us to ask questions during the process to help make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

Any queries were dealt with and we are happy with the final work.

The technician arrived on time, very smart and clean. Upon completion of the job he explained what he had done which was easy to follow. Would use the company again.0

Highly recommended. From first speaking on the phone I had someone call out the next day to quote a very good price which I accepted as soon as I was given it. The next day the 2 men who came into my home to do the work was very polite, respectful, professional, clean and helpful. We recently had a bathroom fitted and the end result was fabulous, the workmanship from the guys was fabulous, everything co-ordinated with plasterers, electricians, tilers and fitters and the bathroom was completed to the highest standard and was done very swiftly with little inconvenience, can't recommend these guys enough and have recommended them to few of my friends and family, great job guys we are extremely happy 😁😁
